We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who understands how to plan campaigns to reach & engage targeted online audiences in order to help brands build fan communities, & drive desired actions such as product trial or sales.

Reporting to the Head of Social & Creative services, you will manage a team of 2 social analysts / account managers. You will partner with digital & strategic planners in GroupM media agencies to receive client’s brief & brainstorm digital engagement ideas. You will play a key role in writing winning pitch proposals & presenting to clients. Lastly, you will be responsible for managing campaign execution & ensuring client’s KPI’s are met.


l             Manage social analysts to produce consumer insights that inform the campaign plan

l             Work with the Creative Director & agency digital planners to develop and execute online brand promotions that maximize online buzz & SNS engagement.

l             Establish performance metrics and tracking to measure campaign results.

l             On a daily basis, identify and assess campaign performance. Oversee the team to produce campaign performance reports, and provide recommendations on how to optimize the activation idea, brand messaging, or media placement, in order to meet the KPI’s.

l             Write & present proposals that build online communities for brands. You will have to lead internal & external copywriters to produce the content plan, and supervise the ongoing maintenance of SNS & weibo brand pages


l             5+ years in digital agency account service

l             3+ years of relevant social media & grass roots marketing experience.

l             Know how to effectively deploy digital media channels and creative techniques to profitably acquire and retain brand fans.

l             Able to produce accurate reports & convincing proposals in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.

l             Ability to effectively analyze & explain campaign performance metrics and recommend how to optimize to reach the KPIs

lStrong client presentation & public speaking ability

lEffective team leader – must be able to manage others to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Willing to help out on all levels of execution & work over time to meet deadlines.

lPassion for social media marketing demonstrated in active personal use of SNS, BBS, blogs & mobile.
