SHANGHAI: China local pharmaceutical company TopSun(东盛集团), has handed three media planning and buying assignments, worth about US$20 million annually, to MindShare(传立媒体).

In a media-only pitch that focused on strategic planning and implementation optimisation, the media agency picked up three brands – Bai Jia Hei(白加黑), Xiao Bai(小白), a cold medication for children; and Si Ji Sam Huang, an over-the-counter medication to promote better blood circulation.

MediaCom and two local agencies were the incumbents on the TopSun assignments.
