实力传播终于被逼得重新整合在中国的资源,把包括媒介购买\媒介谈判\户外媒体和互动单元合并成为新的子集团,CMX(China Media Exchange, 博睿传播), 加强整个购买的势力和议价能力.

来自同属阳狮集团的另一个媒体公司星传媒体的购买部门也被一块并入CMX这个集团中, 仅仅保留自己的媒介策划部门(这也是为了避免客户冲突).

那么新的实力传播集团将由实力媒体(zenith)、突破媒体(Opti Media)和博睿传播(CMX)组成。前两者主要是媒介策划公司。

Sources said that: In China, ZenithOptimedia has packed some units like TV Buying, Negotiation / OOD /Internet as a new group, named China Media Exchange (shorten CMX) with the Chinese name”博睿传播”,CMX Will includes same resource from Starcom Media(another media buying company of Publicis Groupe)

It is believed an active response from Publicis/Zenith to compete with the biggest rival,GroupM(Media investment group of WPP), in China . As you know,GroupM has been the No. 1 media buyer from 2004,dropped Zenith. Zenith also lost its some core clients to GroupM and other media agencies.Like Nokia, which now handled by Mediacom(also a unit of GroupM).

Universal McCann & Initiactive Media, has also formed a united-group called Interpublic Media Group
