SHANGHAI – today announced the opening of the eleventh office in the global interactive marketing agency network.

Jason Kuperman has been appointed to the position of Managing Director of China, based in Shanghai. Jason joins from sister company, TEQUILA\, where he was Director of Interactive and Content Practice in Los Angeles, USA.

In his new role, Jason will be building out the digital offering for the TBWA\ China group and will report to Gavin Heron, CEO of TBWA\ China.

The Internet is going through such huge growth in China, and Asia is truly the next frontier for interactive marketing," commented Jason on his appointment. The opening of an office in Shanghai marks a significant step for Worldwide and CEO, David Eastman, who since being appointed to the role in 2006 has focused on expanding the network across Europe, with the opening of 4 further offices in the past 10 months.
