奥美迎来另一个美好的年份。在胜三代理商业形象调查中位居榜首。该公司去年重新调整了管理架构,柯颖德和韦棠梦分别出任奥美集团在北京和上海两地的首脑。在北京办公室,Mickey Chak被提升为首席策划官,Doug Schiff出任奥美互动执行创意总监,接替离职的王大庆;在上海,李兆光升任执行创意总监,来自台湾的创意奇才许舜英担任新创立的奥美时尚的首席创意官;在广州,招嘉宁担任奥美总裁,同时,Louis Cacciuttolo出任奥美行动营销南中国区首脑。奥美在去年获得包括奔腾电器、厦华、九牧王、三菱汽车、雅戈尔、厦门移动、361、金纺、名爵汽车、福建戴姆勒以及其他业务。在创意方面,奥美仍旧是中国最顶尖的代理商,在各种国际与国内广告奖中继续摘金夺银,特别是奥美北京成为中国地区首家在D&AD上夺得黄铅笔殊荣(WWF-“别离开”篇)的广告公司;除此之外,戛纳的4尊铜狮子以及One Show上的铜奖同样为其增添光芒;在本年的4A金印奖上取得3金10银20铜的佳绩。

Ogilvy & Mather had another impressive year in China. It also gained the highest score for industry perception in the R3 Agency Image Study. The network revamped its structure, with notable changes including the appointment of Scott Kronick and Chris Reitermann to lead operations in Beijing and Shanghai respectively.

In Beijing, Mickey Chak was elevated to the role of Chief Planning Officer, and Doug Schiff was promoted to Executive Creative Director of OgilvyOne Beijing, replacing Wang Daqing. In Shanghai, Kevin Lee was appointed Executive Creative Director. Shun-Ying Hsu joined Ogilvy as the CCO of Ogilvy Fashion & Lifestyle. In Guangzhou, Charles Chiu was named as President along with Louis Cacciuttolo as Southern China Chief Executive of OgilvyAction.

The agency won new business from Povos, Prima, JoeOne, Mitsubishi Motors, Youngor, Xiamen Mobile, 361, Comfort, MG AUTO, Fujian Daimler and others. Ogilvy outperformed other creative agencies in China both on the international and local creative awards scene. Ogilvy Beijing picked up China’s first D&AD Yellow Pencil for its “Don’t leave” campaign for WWF. This agency also won four Cannes Bronze Lion, two Silver and one Bronze award at One Show. At the China 4A Golden Seal Awards, the network claimed 3 Gold, 10 Silver and 20 Bronze awards. The only thing keeping Ogilvy from 2007’s scoring was their own recent internal admission of room to improve.

JWT China has had a solid year. In order to strengthen creative talent, Elvis Chau (ex- TBWA Shanghai) joined JWT Shanghai as Senior Creative Director. Andy Chan was promoted to Group Creative Director, while Polly Chu was elevated to CCO within the Beijing office. Within the Client
Service team, both Helen Heatley and Mike Nash joined as Directors, managing the Unilever account and the iconic Ford China account respectively. The agency won new business from Yili, Zespri Kiwi Fruit, Perfetti Van Melle, Red Bull, J&J Pharma, COFCO, Kanebo and President Food. As one of the country’s leading creative networks, the agency performed well at the China International Ad Awards (1 Gold, 6 Silver, 3 Bronze), China 4A Awards (4 Silver, 6 Bronze), and China Internet Ad Awards (1 Grand Prix, 2 Gold and 1 Silver).

After Tom Kao joined to head up Y&R Greater China operations, the agency increased its bench strength within the senior management team following the new appointments of Michael Tsang as the head of the Beijing office, and Henry Chan as the head of the Shanghai office. Jonathan Teo and Kelvin Koh joined as ECD of the Beijing and Shanghai offices respectively. Wang Fang was appointed to lead the Colgate creative team. To enhance its strategic planning capability, Stephen Drummond joined the agency as Greater China Planning Director. On the new business front, Y&R won Liby, Bank of Ping An, Master Kong, Shanghai Hutchison Whitecat, Kingworld Medicine Group and other accounts. The agency only picked up 1 bronze in the China Internet Advertising awards.

即使面临丢失诺基亚业务的阵痛,达彼思通过一年来多项重大业务的赢得,弥补了诺基亚所遗留下来的缺口。达彼思继续加快并购的脚步,通过并购小型互动代理商益君数码来拓宽服务的领域。宋宗诚和蔡慧媛分别领导北京和上海办公室。谢志杰和大中国区执行创意总监陈耀福先后离任,此后张秀华和余俊杰加盟担任执行创意总监,但在年底又相继离开。贾殷殷年初加入担任全国整合营销总监,负责协调公司内的整合工作。该公司在去年获得包括华为、友邦保险、乐金电子、西安杨森等客户。创意方面,该公司在包括中国国际广告节(1金1银3铜)和中国网络广告奖(1银)获得不错的表现。

Despite losing the Nokia creative business, Bates 141 managed to make some wins with new significant accounts. On the acquisition front, the agency bought a majority stake in digital boutique agency “Evision”, therefore strengthening its digital capability and services. Frank Song and Josephine Tsai led the Bates Beijing and Shanghai offices, respectively. CK Chen and Greater China ECD Norman Tan departed Bates 141 Shanghai. They were replaced by Wendy Cheung and Yu Chun Kit as ECDs, but their tenure was short-lived. Fareeda Cassumbhoy joined as National Integration Director. The agency won new business such as Huawei, LG, AIA,and Xian-Janssen. Creatively, the agency performed well and picked up 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 3 Bronze at the China International Ad Awards, and 1 Silver at the China Internet Ad Awards.


WPP集团- 葛瑞广告(Grey Group)-4分

Last year, Grey China was faced with the challenge of dealing with key personnel changes within their top management. Following the departure of their Greater China Chief, Steven Lin, Grey revamped its top management team. Danny Mok (Hong Kong MD) expanded his role to include overseeing the Shanghai office. Also part of the top management team was Beijing office MD, Tammy Sheu and G2 Head, Tony Ip. Bernard Wong was also promoted to GM for the Shanghai office. Grey won new business such as Double A, Cayo, Skoda, Mercedes Benz. Creatively, the agency won 1 Silver and 6 Bronze at the China 4A Golden Seal Awards.

恒美北京办公室董事总经理Donald Ma离任之后,副总裁Edward Zhang与执行创意总监连浩均联合管理该办公室。刘志发加盟出任资深创意总监,李实衍出任创意总监。伍一菘执掌Tribal DDB,任职董事总经理。在新业务方面,恒美国安去年获得了包括荣氏果汁、周大福、金佰利-高洁丝、德意志银行、商务部、百事互动等业务。与往年有较大改变的是,恒美-国安开始在创意方面上有巨大的提升,在中国国际广告节(2金、4银、3铜)、中国4A金印奖(2银3铜)上取得一系列荣誉。

In Beijing, following Donald Ma’s departure, VP Edward Zhang and ECD David Lin shared a joint role in overseeing the office. Barry Low joined DDB China as Senior CD. Lee Shih-Yen joined DDB Shanghai as Creative Director. Jit Hoong Ng joined Tribal DDB as Managing Director. In terms of new business, the agency won new accounts such as Rong’s, Chow Tai Fook, Kimberly-Clark Kotex, Deutsche Bank, Brand China, Pepsi Digital. Compared to previous years, the DDB Group had made great steps forward in improving its creative reputation, scooping a number of awards including the China new advertising works (TVC 1 Gold and Grand Award .China International Ad Awards (2 Gold, 4 Silver, 3 Bronze), China 4A Golden Seal Awards (2 Silver, 3 Bronze), and others.


宏盟集团- 天联广告(BBDO)- 7分

天联广告进一步加强其创意管理团队,陈永泰出任北京办公室执行创意总监,林照文出任广州办公室执行创意总监,林永强也被提升为上海办公室的执行创意总监。在策略企业方面,Hans Lopez-Vito接替Harjot Singh出任全国策略企划总监。随着并购宣亚集团,该公司在北中国市场的优势获得长足的提升。在获得梅塞德斯-奔驰的重大业务委任之后,天联北京办公室的整体实力也有了很大的增进。去年,天联在由胜三主持的蒂芙妮和Krispy Kreme的业务比稿中也战胜了其他代理商,获得这两项业务。其他的新业务还包括新百伦、文君酒、范思哲、LVMH等,但也由于全球重新委任,把维萨卡的业务丢给了姐妹公司腾迈。在创意上,天联广告在包括中国国际广告节和中国艾菲奖上取得了一定的成绩。

BBDO continued to enhance its creative team, with Danny Chan as Creative Chief of Beijing, and Lim Chiao Woon from Euro RSCG Singapore appointed as ECD Guangzhou office. Almon Lam was also promoted to BBDO Shanghai ECD. On the strategic planning side, Hans Lopez-Vito joined to replace Harjot Singh as National Strategic Planning Director. With a recently acquired minority stake in “Shunya”, the agency has steadily trengthened its presence in northern China. Following the appointment by Mercedes-Benz, BBDO Beijing’s profile was significantly elevated. The agency also outperformed others to win the Tiffany and Krispy Kreme accounts which were R3-led pitches. Other new business came from New Balance, Wenjun, Versace and LVMH. However, they also lost VISA to sibling TBWA, due to global realignment. On the creative front, BBDO won acclaim from China Ad Awards (1 Gold, 1 Silver, 2 Bronze) . 2008 china new advertising works (1 Silver) and China Effie awards (2 Bronze).

腾迈广告迎来成绩斐然的一年,无论是在新生意还是在创意声望上。去年最辉煌的成就不能不提到其为阿迪达斯创作的奥运传播战役在戛纳广告节上为中国广告行业夺得的第一尊金狮。腾迈保持稳定的管理团队,尽管08年底贺敬勋回归南非,而作为中国广告市场上经验丰富的陈念端也将接替执掌腾迈中国。洪咏慧被提拔为全国董事总经理,但未来将负责重要的线下服务单元Tequila, 杨慧敏同样加入担任总经理一职。互动单元Agency.com任命邱有仁接替Jason Kuperman出任董事总经理,王培伦和孙琼加盟分别担任业务总监与客户总监;该公司去年获得了保时捷、咖啡世家、腾讯、英博集团等新业务;在创意上,腾迈集团迎来丰收的一年,除了戛纳金狮之外,其在本土创意奖-中国国际广告节(1全场大奖、4银、7铜)、中国4A金印奖(全场大奖、4金8银3铜)以及艾菲奖(全场大奖)上成绩耀眼。

TBWA has had a successful year, both in new business and creative reputation. Their most significant achievement was winning China’s first ever Gold Lion at Cannes with the Adidas Olympics campaign. Up till now, the company has maintained a stable management team, although CEO Gavin Heron recently relocated to South Africa, and advertising veteran Donald Chan will be replaced in the coming year. Ruth Ang was promoted to National MD and will mainly oversee the Tequila unit, while Jocelyn Yong was appointed as GM for Tequila. Agency.com announced Eugene Chew as Jason Kuperman’s replacement as MD, and Allen Wang joined as Business Director and Account Director respectively. The agency won new business from Porsche, Costa Coffee, Tencent, InBev and others. It was a strong year as far as creative was concerned for TBWA. Including the Cannes Gold lion, it also performed well at local awards – China International Ad Awards (1 Grand Prix, 4 Silver, 7 Bronze), China 4A Golden Seal Awards (1 Grand Prix, 4 Gold, 8 Silver, 3 Bronze) and China Effie’s Grand Prix.


阳狮集团- 阳狮广告 (Publicis)- 7分

随着杨克的离开,阳狮广告重新调整了北京办公室的管理团队,曾郁雯出任董事总经理,创意掌门赵军升任董事合伙人。在上海,全国执行创意总监王懿行则辞别自创公司。阳狮正式启动互动单元Publicis Modem, Pete Lin和Jeff Leong分别担任客户服务总监和业务总监之职。在新业务上,阳狮广告表现不错,获得了雀巢、绝对伏特加、长安汽车、麒麟啤酒、嘉里粮油、光明食品、乐事、花王、3M等新委任。该公司在中国4A金印奖上获得1银3铜。

Publicis China restructured its Beijing management team following Yang Ke’s resignation. Wendy Tseng was brought on board as the MD, and ECD Jason Zhao also took up a Managing Partner role. In Shanghai, National ECD Violet Wang departed to start up her own agency. The agency also officially launched its digital unit Publicis Modem, and recruited Pete Lin as Account Services Head. Jeff Leong was appointed in a business director role. Publicis gained new business from Nestle, Absolut, ChangAn Autos, Kirin, Kerry Oil, Brightfood, Frito Lay, Kao Shampoo, and 3M amongst others. The agency scooped 1 Silver and 3 Bronze at the China 4A Golden Seal Awards.


阳狮集团-盛世长城(Saatchi & Saatchi)- 6分

盛世长城广告去年加强其在互动领域的能力,与本土领先互动代理商安瑞索思建立合资公盛世安瑞。北京办公室任命林奎翰出任大中华区雷克萨斯与丰田业务主管。Edmund Choe接替苏秋萍成为盛世长城首席创意官,吴凡加入广州办公室任职执行创意总监,而创意群总监谢慧贤则离开该公司。去年,盛世长城获得的新业务包括立邦漆、三得利、蒙牛(冰淇凌/液态奶)和华帝,同时也丢失了平安银行和浙江移动。该公司在本土创意奖上表现不俗,包括中广节上的1金7银2铜,中国4A奖上的1金2银4铜。另外,其为立邦漆所创作的“我的灵感,我的立邦”在首届亚太艾菲奖也为中国赢得了一项金奖。

Saatchi & Saatchi signed a joint-venture arrangement with Energy Source to form “Saatchi & Saatchi Energy Source Integrated Interactive Solutions”, thereby increasing their digital services. Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing appointed Allen Lin as the Regional Director for Greater China on Lexus and Toyota. The agency revamped its creative force with new recruit Edmund Choe (replacing Peter Soh) as Greater China CCO and Fan Ng as ECD of Guangzhou. Lesley Tse departed the agency as GCD of Guangzhou. This year, Saatchis won business from Nippon Paint, Suntory, Meng Niu (Ice Creams & White Milk) and Vatti, while losing Ping An Bank and Zhejiang Mobile. The agency performed well on the local creative award stage – China Advertising Awards (1 Gold, 7 Silver and 2 Bronze), China 4A Golden Seal Awards (1 Gold, 2 Silver and 4 Bronze). Its work for Nippon Paint- “My Inspiration, My Nippon Paint” won 1 Gold at the 1st Asia-Pacific Effie Awards.


阳狮集团- 李奥贝纳(Leo Burnett)- 6分

在北京,李奥贝纳收购了本土广告公司维传凯普,获得了在该重要市场上的立基点。在上海,则通过并购宜拉商务咨询加强其在互动领域的优势。在Dean Bramham的任期内,整个李奥贝纳保持稳定的态势。新年里,陈薇薇将接替出任上海办公室的首脑。Lou Knowles提升为Arc的客户服务总监,Susan Goncalves成为重点客户麦当劳的管理主管。在新业务领域,李奥贝纳获得包括美的、万科、浙江移动、Double A、索爱、宏国国际、奥康等业务,但也丢失重要客户凯迪拉克(麦肯)和美汁源(百比赫)。在创意方面,该公司在中国国际广告节以及中国网络广告奖上颇有斩获。

In Beijing, Leo Burnett acquired local agency W&K to form Leo Burnett W&K and regained its presence within this important market. In Shanghai, the agency acquired EmporioAsia to enhance its digital offerings. Weiwei Chen was named as Dean Bramham’s successor and will replace him as head of the Shanghai office in the new year. Lou Knowles was promoted to Client Services Director for Arc, and Susan Goncalves joined the agency as Management Supervisor on McDonald’s. On the new business front, Burnett won new business from Midea, Vanke, Zheijiang Mobile, Double A, Sony Ericsson, Hongguo International, Aokang, but lost Cadillac (to McCann) and Minute Maid (to BBH). In the awards arena, Leo Burnett took home 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze at the China International Ad Awards and 1 Silver at the China Internet Advertising Awards.

麦肯去年启动了专门服务高端客户的“Luxury Box”,以及新传播单元M-Lab。邓淑仪升任上海办公室总经理,孙浚良出任M-Lab总经理,Barry Colman升任副总裁;冯子伟升任上海办公室执行创意总监,陈国辉成为北京执行创意总监。去年,麦肯获得的新客户包括凯迪拉克、健力宝、星河湾、兴业银行以及其他20多项委任。该公司在创意方面获得的荣誉包括中国广告节上的1金1银1铜,中国4A金印奖上的5铜等。

McCann launched its luxury unit called “Luxury Box” for its premium clients, Cadillac. Within the Shanghai office, McCann promoted Ame Tang to GM, Lee Suen was appointed to head up M-Lab, Vincent Pong was named as ECD and Barry Colman as EVP. Bill Chan also joined the Beijing office as ECD from DraftFCB Shanghai. While McCann secured new business from SGM (Cadillac), Jian Li Bao, Star River Property, Industrial Bank and dozens of other clients, it also lost Tiffany and Nestle. 2008 awards included 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze at the China Advertising Awards, and 5 Bronze at the China 4A Golden Seal Awards.


埃培智集团-博达大桥(Draft FCB)-5分

博达大桥迎来挑战性的一年,特别是全国总经理湛祥国和北京总经理彭梅凤相继离职。之后,该公司任命任妙玲和朱孝仁出任北京和上海两个办公室的总经理。遭遇困境的北京办公室也开始缩编规模,而上海创意首脑陈国辉也转战麦肯。詹楚仪出任新设立的顾客行销及互动单元CID的首脑。长期客户海尔在年中委任其奥运传播项目,也相对出色地完成了整个传播战役。去年获得的新业务包括海尔空调、新世界酒店、利口乐等。博达大桥获得了戛纳的一尊铜狮,以及在中国国际广告节上收获了2金4银1铜。
DraftFCB had a challenging year, following the departures of China MD Kenny Chang and Beijing GM Amy Peng. They were replaced by Fanny Yum and David Chu, both of whom were brought in to head the Beijing and Shanghai offices, respectively. The Beijing office had undergone further downsizing, and Shanghai ECD Bill Chan, departed to sister agency McCann Beijing. It also named industry talent Diana Jim to head up the newly-created unit CID greater China. The agency demonstrated its agility by developing a strong Olympics campaign from scratch for their long-term client Haier, all within a very short lead time leading into the Olympics. The agency also welcomed new business from Haier air-conditioning, New World Hotels, Ricola. Draft FCB received one Bronze Lion from Cannes, and scooped many awards at the China Advertising Awards (2 Gold, 4 Silver, 1 Bronze).


Interpublic集团-睿狮传播(LOWE)- 5分

睿狮传播去年以来继续增强高级管理团队,Lylah Juinio出任高级业务总监负责强生业务。睿狮任命靳彤晖和牟文怡担任策划总监;另外创意团队里,朱海良、冯晓韻担任创意总监,詹育卿出任副创意总监;黎国坚和马漠楠加入北京团队。睿狮继续拓展与联合利华的合作关系,获得冰淇淋以及家乐的新业务。除此之外,该公司还获得来自URC,迪斯尼、中移动线下、中移动海外等业务。在创意奖上,在中国艾菲奖、中国4A奖以及中国网络广告奖上皆有斩获。

哈瓦斯集团-灵智(Euro RSCG)- 7分

对于灵智集团来说,2008年是改变的一年,特别是在人事上的一系列变动。汪少杰正式入主灵智,出任北亚区主席,此后,先后任命王继兴为香港及南中国区集团董事总经理,苏立为上海及华东区集团董事总经理。北京办公室首脑招炳燊退休,中国区执行创意总监黄国雄自立门户。汤德麟履新灵智精实北京,出任首席创意官,张文主离去加盟一家本土广告公司。在广州,谭旻出任灵智广州总经理。2008年,灵智在新业务上收获丰实,在胜三的中国区新业务排行榜上位居首位,获得包括露露、中银奥运、美的、东风标致、AMD、长城葡萄酒、舒蕾、东亚银行以及中国电信在内的新业务。去年该公司在包括中国国际广告节以及中国4A金印奖等创意奖上成绩比较一般。

“耐克”和“奥运”绝对是韦登迪广告公司的两大关键词。该公司去年主要集中在帮助提高耐克在中国市场上与消费者的沟通和积极交战中-通过北京奥运良机。其为耐克所创作的传播战役多种多样,表现令人印象深刻,特别是在刘翔退赛上的快速反应上。Nick Cohen接替Frank Hahn出任创意首脑,王康伦和Ray Chen担任创意总监;林升源出任新媒体技术主管,提供创新的新媒体技术和理念,领导并执行具体方案 。在新业务方面,韦登迪获得了匡威和上海手表的委任。其为耐克创作的“Zoom狂足快跑”传播战役在One Show上获得一枝互动项金铅笔。

威汉传播在2008年继续保持快速的发展。作为一家成立三年的代理商,并且定位为“East meets West”,威汉传播在5个办公室拥有230多名雇员(上海办公室100多名)。去年,该公司继续加强在高级人才的投资,在香港办公室程小慧和陈志良分别担任董事总经理和总经理;李东和孙学分别出任北京和上海办公室的执行创意总监。在客户服务方面,夏汝辉升任上海客户群总监,张朝出任北京客户群总监。去年威汉获得的新业务包括迪斯尼英文项目、帝阿吉奥、嘉顿饼干、老板橱具、方正电脑、大宝、紫荆花制漆等。并且与欧米茄、梅塞德斯-奔驰, 上海汽车、雅诗兰黛与曼秀雷敦保持良好的合作关系。创意方面,该公司在15届中广节上颇有收获,特别是在汽车广告奖上摘金夺银。
