At the end of 2010, MadisonBoom sat down with Ian Thubron, President of TBWA Group Greater China to talk about the freshest status of the Omnicom’s creative agency in this booming market.Throughout the interview, Mr Thubron always emphasized the integration of TBWA network in greater China region, especially various disciplines- digital, event management, retail marketing and traditional, to better support clients’ maketing demand.
“Together, we are stronger.”
And, Thubron explained the “disappearance” of Agency.com (in other words) rebranded/absorbed to be TEQUILA\Digital. He then adds that, digital is the core of what the company will do.
At the end, Thubron gave a clear 3-years’ mission and direction of the agency in China market.
Today, TBWA Group Greater China operates 5 offices with 500 plus professionals. TBWA’s key clients include McDonald’s, Adidas, Apple, Mars, Nissan, Pepsi and Pernod Ricard.
