Souel – Scott Rhee has been appointed as CEO of Grey Group Korea, effective immediately. Reporting to Nirvik Singh,CEO of Grey APAC, in his role, Rhee replaces Martin Patmore who will take on a regional role within G2.

Rhee brings with him over 24 years of experience in marketing communications, from advertising, digital marketing, direct marketing, healthcare communications to public relations. He comes with an excellent track record in new business development and maintaining dynamic, long-term client relationships. His portfolio covers a wide mix of local and international accounts such as KT (formerly Korea Telecom), KB Credit Card, KT Rent-A-Car, JTI, Reckitt-Benckiser, Sanofi-Aventis, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Emirates, Air France, Sky Team, Hershey’s, Compaq, Dell, IBM, Intel, Chevignon, Cartier, Lacoste, YSL, Swarovski, Hermes, Vichy and Clarins.

Rhee began his career at Diamond Advertising, an in-house agency for Hyundai Business Group, and has since worked at Burson-Marsteller Korea, local fashion company Shinhan International and local marketing services agency B&R Communications, before joining Euro RSCG (Havas) Group Korea in 1995 as Managing Director & CEO. One of the founders of Euro RSCG’s operations in Korea, Rhee successfully expanded the business from advertising to include digital marketing, data consulting, direct marketing and healthcare communications over his 16-year tenure.

Grey Group Korea offers total integrated communications solutions through Grey and G2. The agency’s roster of clients includes Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, British American Tobacco, LG, Heineken, Boehringer Ingelheim, Subway and ING.
