Singapore– Project: WorldWide (Project), the first independent, global agency network dedicated to engagement marketing, today announced two key Asia Pacific executive appointments .
Caroline Bee has joined as Managing Director of the newly created Project: WorldWide Singapore, while William Lim has moved into a senior operational role across the region after seven years as Singapore GM for Project’s experiential agency, George P. Johnson (GPJ).
The appointments come in response to Project’s growth as clients increasingly demand creative ideas and activation rooted in engaging consumers through sustained, relevant experiences rather than focusing on executing siloed campaigns dependent on one channel over another.
“Caroline has vast experience working with the world’s top brands, creating and executing some of the their most important and recognizable campaigns, in sectors ranging from IT to financial services and automotive,” said Mike Amour(pictured), Chief Executive Officer of Project: WorldWide APAC. “She is adept at helping bringing those creative ideas to life throughout Asia Pacific. This experience will be invaluable as we continue to change the nature of the marketing game in the region.”
Bee is no stranger to Project, having worked for GPJ previously in regional sales and operations roles in London, Stuttgart, Singapore and Sydney. She started her career on the client side, working for AIG and Commercial Union. Most recently, she opened and ran Imagination’s Singapore office, with a focus on regional clients and new business.
GPJ Singapore General Manager William Lim will move to the newly-created position of Operations/GPJ Asia Pacific. GPJ is Project’s largest agency shop in the region. The new role is aimed at supporting the agency’s drive for organic growth and new business acquisition, as well as providing GPJ entities with improved operations assistance.
Amour continued: “These appointments are a continuation of the strategic plan designed to accelerate Project: WorldWide’s development in Asia Pacific. This year has been all about putting the building blocks in place. The next three years will be about bringing our unique vision for Project: WorldWide to life for established clients and for brands entering the region.”
Both roles will report directly to Amour and go into effect immediately.
