Key Objectives

1. To support the VP OOH in the delivery of the billings targets and additional diversified spend targets within the BusinessGroup.
2. To increase the overall use of insight (OCS, CMMS) on plans and recommendations across their client business.
3. To put in place client strategies across all the major spenders to ensure growth of OOH activity, and increase the brand count spending on the medium overall.
4. To increase the numbers of advertisers using digital in their OOH solutions and improve the quality of their usage to target incremental spend.

Tools and Teams

The Account Director will ensure the team are fully utilising the complete range of tools and insight (Prism, OCS, CODC etc) to enhance the team’s output.

The Account Director will ensure the team work in a collaborative way with all departments (Finance, Hyperspace, Insight, etc) to deliver the required targets.

Key Measures of Success

In addition to performance against the Talent Management Framework the Account Director’s key performance metrics will be:

·Client satisfaction
·Billings versus target
·Diversified Revenue performance
·Insight usage
·ROI (long term spend trends of major advertisers, brand count,etc)
·Value and audit performance
