Main Responsibilities:

• Develop budget recommendations.
• Development of detailed proposals, plans to execute the agreed strategy – budget allocation by channel, media weights, phasing etc.
• In-depth knowledge of available research (in-house, client, other) and strategic analysis thereof to develop more effective media strategies.
• Group responsibility for all implementational briefs.
• Responsibility for efficient and accurate paperwork within the group.
• On-going response planning to all significant marketplace/internal changes.
• Ensure competitive reviews are properly executed and that they are strategically relevant for the client.
• Ensure that they demonstrate key learnings/insights and contribute where necessary.
• Ensure that planned objectives are being monitored.
• Ensure all agreed reports are supplied and presented to clients on time.
• Continually think creatively and identify new, innovative opportunities that could be effectively used by clients. Encourage creativity amongst the rest of the Planning team.
• Be knowledgeable and analyse key developments/trends/issues in media. Present to clients and keep the rest of the team informed.
• Initiate own projects/analyses that would be of benefit to client (to be verified by Associate Director in advance).
• Challenge thinking from clients, media vendors and other disciplines in a positive and constructive manner (always in line with the best interests for the client’s business and brands).
• Overall management of the Planning process (including the approval processes). Follow-through on projects from beginning to end, take full responsibility and lead the process.


• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Good presentation skills (written and oral).
• Good knowledge of CMMS (incl. Correspondence and Cluster) and relevant research tools.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with parallel pyramid.
• Develop and maintain strong creative agency and team relationships.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with media reps.
• Effective team player.
• Train, develop and motivate junior team members.
• Be able to give valuable contributions in a meeting. A clear understanding of whom is responsible for taking minutes in a meeting, who will write the contact report and who is responsible for the follow-up.
• Be fully conversant with all aspects of the role within 5 – 6 years

Position: Digital Manager 互动营销经理
Location: Beijing

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning, developing, presenting and executing online media campaigns in multiple channels such as: display, PPC, email, lead generation, mobile and social media.
• Consult with clients and other agency staff to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectives.
• Evaluate media proposals for potential clients by researching demographic data and consumer profiles to identify unique and compelling placements for reaching targeted audiences desired by clients.
• Provide necessary support in the execution, trafficking, managing and optimization of online media campaigns.
• Monitor the results of all campaigns to ensure they run smoothly and meet the clients’ goals.
• Provide campaign reports with results, campaign conclusions and suggested optimizations.
• Troubleshoot media discrepancies with clients.
• Maintain and stay current on industry news and research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and publishers.
• Ability to work closely with dynamic and international team members to meet tight deadlines.


• 3 – 5 years’ media experience; digital, some offline good; acquisition marketing preferred, 1 or more years of PPC experience being a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing ore Related Program.
• Self- starter and independent worker with a drive (proven skill, not stated)
• Strong analytical skills
• Superb communication skills
• Excellent writing skills: be comfortable and well versed in writing proposals and explaining strategies in both English and Chinese.

Position: Search Director 搜索营销总监
Location: Shanghai 上海

Main Responsibilities:

• Financial
-Ensure forecast revenue is met
-Responsible for effectively managing the search spend as planned by director, client or agency
• Strategy
-Lead the building of the strategy
• New Business
-Lead new business efforts by assisting by preparing proposals, research and data collection
-Actively participates in organization and development of new business pitches with senior level guidance
• Client Interaction
-Participates in calls and meetings
-Develops client interaction agendas and materials as needed
-Leads calls when they are relevant to work that has been produced by the Search Manager
• Management
-Manages relationships with vendors on their accounts
-Where directed will be responsible for managing search managers to ensure timely and accurate product or results delivery
-Provides input for search manager performance reviews
• Tactical
-Maintain knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trends.
-Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate optimizations are occurring to the client’s campaign in line with goals & objectives.
-Provides direction on keyword development to managers and specialists, who are responsible for drafting initial keyword lists
-Reviews keyword list, landing pages, and estimates, finalizes and submits to client for review
-Provides direction to managers and specialists for creative development
-Reviews creative written by managers and specialists, revises as needed and submits final to client for approval
-Provides direction to managers and specialist for trafficking of campaign
-Checks to ensure that action tags are in place on site
-Checks to ensure that campaign is tracking properly immediately after launching
-Works with vendors to set-up accounts in search engines
-Checks status of accounts daily
-Provides analysis and executive summary for quarterly & annual activity reviews
-Provides reporting in PPT format as needed
-Submits completed report to Client
-Takes client through results on monthly and weekly calls
-Implements new testing
-Assists in training other employees on manager job duties and processes


• 7-10 years’ search experience and/or digital experience
• Preferred degree qualified
• Excellent track record in dealing with clients and multiple internal stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing (marketplace and consumer)
• In depth knowledge of competitive SEM companies
• In depth knowledge of PPC Bid management tools
• In depth knowledge of SEO tools
• Excellent understanding of search techniques (research and evaluation)
• Knowledge of key trends in client and Search market media dynamics
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent client servicing skills
• Ability to manage workflow effectively both internally and with third parties
• Strong leadership qualities, both strategic and interpersonal
• Working knowledge of Google Adwords, Baidu and Bid-management tools
