Title: Senior Tactical Planner

Position Summary:
This position targets to provide media data support to Media Planners, to develop spot plan, to control planning cost.


• Brand Co-ordination

-Delivering buying brief to Tactical Planners
-Sending booking instructions to TV Buying party
-Preparing TV material requisition
-Delivering TV materials to TV stations
-Consolidating the spot plans and post buy reports within deadline to develop the delivery summaries reports
-Filing all documents and materials of his/her assigned brands

• Spot Plan Development

-Developing the market CPRP table for spot plan development
-Applying all possible buying tools to ensure the spot plans achieve the buying brief requirements and the optimization guidelines

• Post Buy

-Follow-up EMS and handle missing spots with TV buyers
-Post buy analysis and documentation
-Post buy presentation
– Information Collection
-Collection of TV information (rates, program schedules, special offers, etc.)
-Keeping relationship with TV stations in order to collect update media information

• TV Analysis / Project
• Assist on all special TV analysis / projects

•  1-2 years’ experience in Tactical Planning or Buying at media agency
•  Good command of English and Chinese
•  Good computer skills and knowledge of software applications
• Good attention to details and patience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
