Title : Ecommerce Store Operation Manager

Report to : Ecommerce Director – Razorfish Shanghai

Focus
Responsible for our Client’s online retail business in China, in all its digital aspects: store design, merchandising, marketing, promotion, etc.Strongly develop the sales revenue of online sales channels while maintaining high operating efficiency and investment ROI.

Key Responsibilities
• Produce and execute the Client’s eCommerce strategy. Grow sales revenue while always maintaining a premium brand image.
• Lead and control the daily operations of the official website, Tmall store and/or other future new online channels.
• Manage the relationship with all business stakeholders, especially the Client’s representatives and the related Tmall category manager.
• Build natural and paid traffic by developing digital marketing plan including advertising and promotions campaigns.
• Develop strong integration between eCommerce and brand digital communication to maximize the ROI of all Client’s digital spendings.
• Continuously improve the store design, navigation and functionalities in order to increase the branding, conversion and ultimately the revenue.
• Optimize the visual merchandising according to online and offline sales records and guidelines, stock level, season, promotions, bestsellers, etc.
• Constantly check competitors actions in terms of marketing, promotions, merchandising, pricing, service, delivery, design, sales, user experience, etc.

Requirements and Profile
• Proven track record of eCommerce business management in China.
• Familiar with Tmall, JD and other leading eCommerce platforms operations.
• More than 3 years experience in leading a cross-functional digital project.
• Experience in definingkey business and marketing strategies (product, promotion, SEO, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Mature, assertive, persistent, independent and have an international perspective.
• Strong planning and organizing skills and a good team player.
• Mandarin native speaker, fluent in both oral and written English.
• Optimistic, open-minded, positive and motivated attitude.
• Strong leadership, show passion and drive, stand pressure.
• Bachelor degree or above.


Title : Account Director

Job Description
• In charge of internet projects for well known brands. The person should be able to understand clients’ marketing needs and propose appropriate internet solution ranging from tactical internet campaigns to long-term internet strategy, covering search marketing, social media projects, etc.
• The position should able to build a trusting relationship with clients, and lead clients to embrace digital well into their marketing communications.
• Lead his/her team to grow and serve the assigned accounts.
