Senior Interactive Art Director

This Interactive Art Director is responsible for concepting and developing idea, art and design in the digital space. Strong believer in creating unique and original idea.

• Ability to conceptualize, direct, and help execute creative output throughout all engagements, and put together an impressive presentation independently

• Understand project objectives; translate them into a range of concepts/creative solutions that “Wow!”
• Ability to understand project objectives, translate them into creative solutions and persuasively present these solutions to team, ECD and client.
• Maintain and create a culture of feedback through clear and objective critiques of creative work during development

• Manage design projects from concept to completion and make adjustments for inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines, and project goals.
• Make initiative and apply improvement for the betterment of the project given
• Developing outstanding look and feel of the websites, banners, emails, mobile interfaces and other technologies in the interactive space

Social Media Director

Report to: SVP of Social Media

Specifications
• Overseeing and leading social media business. Provide professional and advanced social media service for clients, from new social business field development, strategy, to implementation and analysis. This role leads internal social media team and coordinates with account, creative, production team to help brands achieve social media effort in the market.
• We are looking for the candidate who has solid understanding of Chinese social environment and consumers, as well as understanding brands marketing desire.

Responsibilities
• Generate and develop Razorfish social media business, including Razorfish social media 2.0 products & services offering, including social commerce, social CRM & social business models.
• Generate social media strategy, tactics, communication, community and operation, consumer social relationship management, social business management plan for clients
• Coordinate with client service team to communicate social media strategy with client
• Leading the social media team members to implement and optimize the social strategies to drive consumer engagement, create social business value for clients
• Strategic relationship with influential social media partners to create better social experience to amplify brands’ social awareness and consumer engagement
• Social media marketing measurement methodology and analysis
• Social media trend analysis
• Social media team management and internal training
• Assist global teams with consultation on Chinese social media marketing

Requirements
• Digital and social enthusiast
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Chinese social media platform, tools, context, consumer and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
• In-depth understanding of brands’ digital marketing and social prospect, experienced in social business and strategy development, social media implement for world-class brands
• Strong team management, project management and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation, communication skill
• Proactive, creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure

Additional
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing, or social media, or PR
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written, spoken)
