Primary Responsibilities:
– Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
– Consistently produce high quality communications content for clients
– Lead research, planning and development of comprehensive public relations campaigns
– Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs
– Help pull together cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects with the most compelling team and proposal
– Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals

– At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing, preferably with Multinational Companies.
– Proven ability to lead and manage large projects as well as teams on multiple sizable accounts simultaneously
– S/he will be familiar with best-practice communications tactics and public relations tools and will be able to appropriately recommend them to executive-level clients and lead the execution of all related projects in house
– Good research, writing and editing skills (both English and Chinese), as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with media members.
– Good management skills to lead 3-4 team members.
– A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is highly preferred.

Job Description:
Campaign Management
-Possible client contact related to campaign details; participate in and attend client meetings/conference calls
-Project management including working with interns and vendors
-Campaign related copywriting for Sina Weibo & WeChat
-Campaign reporting

KOL Engagement:
-Close relations with KOLs/celebrities on Sina Weibo and WeChat
-Able to offer recommendations for clients in terms of KOL engagement
-Work with KOLs to promote client service/product based on campaign needs

Skillset Requirement:
-Good understanding of social media landscape and social media campaigns
-Excellent copywriting capability

Senior Manager for Edelman Digital 数字传播高级经理

Primary Responsibilities:
-Assist digital new business development that includes but is not limited to digital/social media communications strategy.
-Independently work on MNC clients to offer ongoing digital consultation; manage client’s social media community, content development and social media programs.
-Consultation to digital program ideas and draft plan for other practice groups
-Social media/Industry research and case study – including general media landscape and specific case that includes local social media channels: BBS, (Micro) Blog, Weixin, WeChat as well as international ones: Face Book, Twitter, etc.

-at least 4 years’ experience in digital/social media communications in China. 4A digital agency with MNC PR agency’s experience in account service or project management is preferred.
-Passionate in Digital/social media communications as well as technology/trends.
-Strong planning skill and strategic thinking
-Strong creativity and out-of-box ideas generator.
-Strong team leader and player.
-Good communication skill and presentation skil
-Language skill: Native Chinese, Good command of English
-Better with digital experience including search engine marketing/optimization, website development, application development.
-Have a good understanding in marketing trend, Chinese customer behaviors, and China digital landscape.
