Position: CRM Associate Director

Based in Shanghai, we are now actively recruiting sharp shooters to join our team – ie. CRM Associate Director. As an Account person, you are familiar with the CRM environment and integrated marketing. You will form direct relationships with clients on assigned accounts, and be responsible for nurturing and growing the relationship for the benefit of the business. A good team player, you give your best in order to demand the best from your teams. You are expected to maintain high standards of personal performance as well as high quality delivery of work. The role calls for someone with a natural desire for self-learning and growth, energetic and dynamic, with good communication skills. You should have a point of view on matters, and be able to present your views in a professional, convincing and rational manner.

Job Experience and Qualities
·Min 8 years of related experience in the CRM field
·Experience and ability to manage projects involving many parties.
·Have a solid grasp of marketing principles. Able to put together integrated marketing campaigns and present them.
·Able to provide rationale for and sell creative work.
·A healthy respect for bottomline accountability. You actively seek to grow the business for the agency and for the client.
·An independent worker i.e. you don’t need to be told twice. You actively seek to widen your knowledge and your team’s knowledge of the client’s products and business.
·Initiative and proactiveness i.e. you don’t need to be told at all. You are expected to be alert to the client’s needs and new business opportunities for the agency.

·Keen attention to detail
·Good team player, knows how to negotiate and collaborate to get results from team members
·Good client management skills – you will need to manage client expectations, build trust among your clients, establish long-term partnerships with them.
·Good listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
·Ability to manage and execute multiple projects concurrently
·A source of innovation, passion and creativity in strategic solutions.
·Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments.
·Competent English and Mandarin language skills – written, read and spoken
·Have experience in writing presentations
·Time management skills – must be able to prioritize and manage own work assignments
·Understands and has successfully project managed complex, multiple phased and lengthy projects, writing clear and concise briefs, budget and schedule planning, resource planning, and overall execution monitoring
