Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibility Areas
– Support on the campaign idea, scope project, develop schedule; oversee implementation
– Analyze client and competitor creative campaigns utilizing marketing analytics tools; provide client with insights and analyis and report to drive actionable measures
– Generate project briefs to illustrate or begin the essential elements of a project including objectives, strategies, target audience, background, and executional considerations
– Facilitate in the development of case studies on clients’ business
– Manage internal tools such as Virtual Ticket and Job Manager
– Generate estimates/quotes (SOW) for all jobs; issues purchase orders; process retainer and non-retainer billable items; ensure bought-in costs come in on time and to budget

Senior Interactive Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
– Understand the brief and drive the interactive team to create the most compelling digital solution
– Take ownership of creative concepts and manage to completion to a high quality standard
– Coordinate creative teams, engage and manage third party vendors
– Work with the pursuit team to complete RFP’s, project scoping, sizing and pricing estimates
– Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings
– Partner with other project leaders to lead teams of 25+ people to ensure maximum performance
– Assure that projects run to schedule and within budget
– Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions (i.e. news events, trends, mergers, etc.).
– Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria.
– Develop relationships with, and ensure the appropriate participation of, key client stakeholders and client executives; provide day-to-day project contact for the client

Experience Guidelines:

Senior Digital Planning Manager

Key Responsibility Areas
– Develop consumer knowledge – trend, insight and category, brand and channel.
– Analyze the role and impact of various channels on client’s business and marketing strategies.
– Synthesize and analyze, write & present key findings to develop insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy
– Create deliverable templates and assessment evaluation criteria to guide assessment process

Senior Art Director

Key Responsibility
– Contribute to the brand’s visual language (color palette, logo, font, etc) across a range of media (print, TV, online marketing, Web site, packaging, mobile, motion graphics, etc.).
– Compare the brand’s expression across different channels and identify -consistencies/inconsistencies, and gaps, etc.
– Follow through on recommendations.
– Conceptualise and develop multi-channel campaigns and ideas and present to team members and clients.
– Research, explore and make recommendations on visual identity, including logo, word mark, typography, colour and photography.
– Contribute to the development of all components for the style guide: colour palette, typography, tone and voice and logo/word mark.

Associate Creative Director – Copy

– Build and manage strong senior client relationships (manage expectations, communications, escalation, etc.) and ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle.
– Drive strategic creative initiatives for clients towards specific measurable business goals
– Establish relationship framework for the relationship in collaboration with the client
– Ensure benefits realization for the client based on understanding of the Clients culture, business drivers, capabilities, team structure and take decisions to ensure success for the client
– Work in collaboration with the Art Director to create accurate design plans to address the time and tasks required to complete all Creative work across an entire small-to-large size project, including multiple designers from multiple Sub Domains, and multiple tracks of work.
– Lead or co-lead all Creative work (multiple sub domains) in the development of a quality solution for a small-to-large size project.
– Track progress according to the plan created for the project (conducts Copy Reviews and Creative Status meetings as needed), and report status to the broader engagement leadership.
– Collaborate with the PM to make changes to design plans, staffing levels, or deliverables as required throughout the course of the project.
– Determine and documents tone and voice for project/engagement (e.g. web site, campaign) and sells ideas to clients.
– Responsible for output of effective and compelling short & long-form copy for web sites, microsites, landing sites or offline communications from team.
– Ensure copywriters and design teams are aligned and accountable towards objectives, strategy, and brand values.
– Lead and inspire teams to research, create and clearly verbalize high level concepts for digital experiences based objectives and brand considerations.
– Craft a compelling story around the concept which invokes the intended emotion within the intended audience

– Communicate with team leads to discuss concept’s copy, interface, graphic design and navigational structure of project with functional aspects in order to carry out the creative vision.
