职责简介:
· 以富有说服力的语言向创意部小组成员传达客户要求。

主要职责:
· 美术指导经验丰富,能够从宏观的角度展示广告的各个方面(互动、平面、电视等等)。
· 能够使所有互动画面的创意思路概念化,并通过更好的理解将之整合在一起。
· 能够将策划方向(如创意简报中所概括的那样)转化成富有力量的广告语言。
· 为在互联网上播放的产品创造理念,将屏幕设计和用户界面的使用达到最佳效果。
· 注重与部门中文案小组的同事沟通合作。
· 促进公司新业务的发展。
· 为改善工作方法和作品质量出谋划策。
· 处理其他份内工作。
· 对最新的数字趋势把握到位。
· 协调小组各成员并指导如何将最终的美术作品形象地体现出来。
· 能有原创想法并将其整合到线上活动中,在印刷(film print)及互动方面有工作经验。
· 与其他美术指导们、文案们、设计师们积极合作,在视效解决方案中融入自己的概念/想法以及整个团队的概念/想法。
· 与创意副总监一起协助创意总监工作,跟进工作进程,及时发现并减少所在部门会遇到的问题。若有必要,向上级汇报这些问题。

职位要求/专业技能要求:
· 拥有学士学位的人士优先考虑。
· 写作能力一流——能用清晰且富有说服力的语言阐述广告的各个方面。
· 能承受高压、在截止日期前完成工作。
· 口才良好。
· 能力卓越、业绩可靠,能妥善处理各项创意工作。
· 精通Mac, Quark, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver, Front Page Director, JavaScript, Flash等相关图形及图像处理软件。
· 两年以上相关工作经验,对美术方向/设计有综合全面的理解。
· 能熟练运用字体、颜色、排版等技术,并清楚如何在想面向品牌、目标清晰的解决方案时将它们整合运用到一起。
· 体力与脑力都能满足上述各项职责需求。


资深美术指导/ Senior Art Director (Digital Copy Base)

Job Summary:
Help create communications that will deliver client’s message in the most persuasive manner possible.

Major Responsibilities / Principal Accountabilities:
· Must be a skilled art director who is able to perform in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines (digital, print, TV, etc.).
· Must be able to conceptualize creative concept for all digital touch point and integrate it with better communication.
· Must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications.
· Create concept for Web-based products, optimizing the use of screen design and user interface;
· Work as a team with Copy partner.
· Contribute to the new business activities of the agency.
· Recommend measures to improve work process methods and quality of product.
· May include other duties as assigned.
· Has great knowledge of the latest digital trends.
· Coordinate team and direct how final art is visually implemented;
· Able to originate ideas and inlergrate for ATL, activation and must have experience in film print and digital
· Actively participates and work together with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers in the creation of visual solutions incorporating his concepts/ideas and the concepts/ideas of his/her team
· Works with the ACD to fulfill the CD’s vision of the group, follows established work processes, identifies and mitigates team issues, escalates issues when necessary
· Contributes to the new business activities of the agency
· May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Must have strong writing abilities–articulate and persuasive across advertising disciplines.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
· Proven track record of managing multiple Creative assignments;
· Knowledge of Mac, Quark, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver, Front Page Director, JavaScript, Flash.
· At least 5+ years of relevant working experience in agency, with a thorough understanding of Art Direction/Design
· A command of Typography, Color, Composition, Hierarchy and an understanding of how they need to work together in developing on-brand, on-target solutions


资深文案/Senior Copywriter (Digital Copy Base)

Job Summary:
Provides creative leadership on all accounts to ensure that the creative work produced effectively represents our clients in the marketplace and thereby contributes to the maintenance and growth of a strong client/agency relationship. Responsible for all creative operations including staff supervision and work production, directs activities of subordinates to maintain agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness and profitability, while achieving the clients’ goals.

Major Responsibilities:
· Ensures all creative work produced by team is integrated with all marketing materials produced by other disciplines and lines of business
· Over 5 years experiences of working in the digital agencies
· Provides creative direction and insight on agency projects and oversees execution of all creative efforts to assure they are on strategy
· Provides leadership and motivation and conveys the vision of the agency to the staff
· Participates in planning sessions regarding annual client strategy as well as campaign strategy and the approach to any significant and/or integrated client project
· Maintains awareness of important trends in advertising (legal, moral, creative, technology, business) and disseminates pertinent information on such subjects to the creative staff
· Works, in conjunction with senior management, to cultivate an increasingly effective and profitable client/agency relationship
· Maintains a high level of “new business sensitivity” – with regard to both present clients and outside prospects. Contributes to new business activity, as required
· Evaluates creative personnel, establishing creative account assignments, making final decisions on terminating or adding people
· Supports other regional/global offices in a creative capacity, as required
· Conducts, in conjunction with ACDs, performance reviews of entire staff
· May include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· Build and maintain partnership with Clients at all management levels
· At least 10+ years of relevant working experience in 4A agency
· Ability to create and execute ideas in an efficient, organized way. Able to evaluate what ideas/concepts are valid and those that are not worth pursuing
· Delegate work making everyone’s time more productive. Also delegate to give others in the group opportunities for growth
· Strong leadership, communication and team building skills
· Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development
· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities


资深设计师/Senior Designer (Digital Copy Base)

 

Job Summary:

· Design layouts/finished work for print ads, TV
· Responsible for consistency of look across media from original concept through final release
· Translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications
· Work as a team with copywriter
· Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines
· Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
· May include other duties as assigned
· Able to original and conceptualize creative ideas

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design major
· At least 4 years of relevant working experience in agency
· Must have the ability of managing the designing work
· Possess an in-depth knowledge of print reproduction techniques and limitations
· Ability to manipulate design skills with print production skills to maximize impact/budget
· MAC literacy required
· Thorough proficiency with Photo Shop, AI, AB
· Experience across disciplines preferred
· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities
· Must have an eye for detail in design typography and art
