Job Description
1 Reporting to the Creative Director / Associate Creative Director, you will be working with a core creative team on various digital projects;
2 You will be leading the digital creative development for assigned projects and brands, including concept development and innovation, proposal preparation and presentation, key visual development, art direction, interface design, to ensuring production quality, work out the art direction on visual, animation for the projects and give clear direction to the designers in Interactive Design and Production Team for implementation;
3 Follow through the production process to make sure the work we delivered is in high quality and in line with the concept proposed; and Provide on-the-job training and guidance to designers, and also assist in designing training and sharing sessions to uplift our creative quality.

1 Strong visual sense and able to deliver quality layout and art direction;
2 Over 4 years experiences of working in the digital agencies or web companies, with track record of working on well known multinational brands;
3 Be familiar to the digital industry and web/digital campaign production process;
4 With good creative concept and can carry out accordingly;
5 Have the ability and confident to present creative concept;
6 Have passion and responsible, able to face working pressure and challenge; and
7 Be skilled in PC designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash), skilling fully operate the software to complete work.

Account Director

Job Description
1. In charge of internet projects for well known brands. The person should be able to understand clients’ marketing needs and propose appropriate internet solution ranging from tactical internet campaigns to long-term internet strategy, covering search marketing, social media projects, etc.
2. The position should able to build a trusting relationship with clients, and lead clients to embrace digital well into their marketing communications.
3. Lead his/her team to grow and serve the assigned accounts.
4. Manage the project management process including define deliverables, schedule and setting milestone, resources planning, coordinating internal resources, expectation management, testing, launch, tracking and reporting, etc.
5. Ensure resources are well planned and efficiently use with deliverables in high quality standard
6. Achieve revenue and profitability target for the account.

1. 7+ years experience in digital / marketing / advertising areas.
2. Strong experience in digital and marketing area, with hands on experience on digital strategy planning, web campaigns, or site development projects.
3. Speak good English, and used to work with foreign clients / colleagues, with international brand / marketing exposure will be an added advantage.
4. Solid account servicing and project management experience.
5. With strong track record in growing business of key multinational brands.
6. Experience on brands related to sports, music and fashion will be an added advantage.
7. Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure.
8. Attention to details and well-organized.
