工作地点: 广州

工作职责:
1、为客户的高端网站建设及网络线上活动制定、策划方案,并且帮助客户提出网络行销建议及解决方案,负责项目的提案;
2、负责新客户的沟通、老客户的维护,以及客户潜在及延展性需求的实现;
3、综合分析客户的产品、竞争对手等各方面的状况信息,不断挖掘客户需求;
4、对客户的需求准确把握与引导,把控项目预算,同时将信息有效传达给各项目执行人员,帮助项目的准确有效达成;
5、管理和激励团队成员,保持团队的良好合作氛围,维护团队合作与凝聚力。

任职资格:
1、六年或以上大型互动项目(网站、网络活动)优秀的策划及提案经验;
2、具有大型客户服务经验,能够针对客户的行业及实际特征提出互联网方面的行销策略;
3、具备优秀的项目管理能力及经验;
4、对市场营销整合传播方式有一定了解;
5、良好的团队管理能力;
6、良好的沟通及表达能力;
7、必须:英文听说读写流利。

• Strong direct marketing experience with an integrated marketing perspective is critical.
Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including regular meetings, projects and take responsibility for management of campaigns;
– Act as a liaison with internal and external departments, and develop accurate and realistic creative, print, production and other briefs as necessary;
– Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc.);
– Understand the creative, print and website production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary;
– Keep his/her immediate line manager informed of all activity that is relevant to their business;
– To manage his/her time effectively to ensure a timely completion of projects;
– Accurately estimate and bill all work;
– Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs as defined by the client and his/her manager;
– Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, specifically the programs on which he/she is working;
– Conduct performance management and goal assessment of staff.
Qualifications Requirements:
– 6+years’ experience in managing major interactive projects in a previous agency or interactive department function;
– Thorough understanding of agency functions;
– Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self-management skills;
– Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills;
– Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
– Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills and ability to provide professional program / campaign reporting;
– Confidence and proficiency in presentation;
– Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including research, creative, production, media, interactive, database and technology services;
– Excellent oral and written communication skills;
– Efficiently managing and developing strong relationships with external vendors;
– Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Mandarin.

工作职责:

1、针对客户的行业及实际特征提出互联网方面的行销策划,为客户提出及策划在线品牌推广方案(如网站建设、网络推广及网络活动),并提案、监督落实执行及总结回顾;
2、 新客户的开发与沟通,建立及维持已有客户关系,负责潜在及延展性需求的实现;
3、 综合分析客户产品、竞争对手等各方面状况信息,不断为客户挖掘潜在的营销机会;
4、 对客户与执行项目人员的信息协调沟通,帮助项目的准确有效达成;
5、 制定项目阶段性作业时程与目标,同时进行内部资源协调与工作进度追踪,确保项目能在时效内顺利完成。

任职要求:
1、 本科及以上学历,广告、市场营销、英语及相关专业者优先;
2、 五年及以上互动行业工作经验,熟悉项目管理的策划、组织、执行、协调及进度控制,能够针对行业及客户特征提出互联网方面的行销策划;两年以上广告行业工作经验。
3、 优秀的线上项目提案能力,有大型客户服务或门户网站经验优先;
4、 有带领及培训下属经验;
5、 优秀的沟通及表达能力;
6、 英文听说读写熟练;

Responsibilities:
-Development and presentation of program ideas and strategies to client and stakeholders;
– Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the account ensuring the campaigns are on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to a high level of quality;
– Take ownership of campaigns to ensure deliverables are met from start to finish;
– Briefing, debriefing and presenting creative – being able to confidently assess creative;
– Evaluate creative, studio and production output – manage both client and internal expectations;
– Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business and develop strong client relationships;
– Proactively seek out business-building and innovative solutions for Clients;
– Ensure brand consistency across client initiatives;
– Become an expert on the clients brand and products, as well as the industry, market trends and competitors;
– Ensure financial management and control, including client budget, expense reporting, campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing;
– Support other Wunderman account teams on other client business as and when required.
Qualifications Requirements:
– Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Communication or English;
-5 years relevant working experience in 4A agency, with CRM and auto interactive experience;
– Solid grasp of direct marketing foundations and implementation skills;
– Previous experience in developing and running e-community and digital dialogue programs an advantage;
– Be data savvy – sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills;
– Excellent project execution and client management skill;
– Good presentation, verbal and writing skills – both Chinese and English.


互动营销策划
Strategy Planner

工作地点: 广州

工作职责:

1、满足客户对数字营销的需求,推广以及提升客户品牌;
2、策划及实施项目提案的线上数字营销战略,涵盖各搜索网站、SNS、BBS、Ecommerce、KOL及各品牌网站,并全程监控;
3、研究分析市场、行业品牌信息消费者行为,关注数字发展趋势,提供有效策略方案;
4、策略案撰写,包括策划案、内部创意案及对客户策略;
5、分析输出数据,优化搜索分析方法,不断发掘及提升策略资源及水准。

任职要求:

1、 本科以上学历,市场营销、信息技术、广告或相关专业毕业;
2、 3年及以上线上品牌营销及实施工作经验,有互动行业相关工作经验者优先;
3、 熟悉中国社交媒体及网络互动行业流行趋势、文化及技术;
4、 沟通能力良好,团队精神佳;
5、 较强的逻辑及数字分析能力;
6、 MS Excel、Word、PowerPoint操作熟练;
7、 英文听说读写熟练。

Responsibilities:

– Analyze customer and competition landscapes, and derive insights and implications;
– Understand and constantly review digital trends/user behaviors and consult client, partners and the team on appropriate strategies;
– Assist with the crafting of creative briefs to ensure engaging creative communication;
– Collaborate with Agency teams to deliver fully tested Client solutions;
– Develop top-notch presentations, including proposals, internal creative briefs and client strategies;
– Analyze output from various data measurement, tracking and optimization tools, and develop recommendations for continuous campaign improvement;

Qualifications Requirements:
– BA (or equivalent) in relevant field from a top university;
– 3+years of strategic planning experience within a digital environment;
– Extensive knowledge of latest digital marketing channels, technologies and trends;
– Comfort and effectiveness in working with clients;
– Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese;
– Strong organizational and project management skills;
– Self-starting and passionate with ability to work under time pressure;
– Knowledge of art and technical creation and development processes a plus.

1、负责执行品牌的社交媒体的内容管理和线上活动运行,执行营销计划;
