# Account Director – Digital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including regular meetings, projects and take responsibility for management of campaigns
·Act as a liaison with internal and external departments, and develop accurate and realistic creative, print, production and other briefs as necessary
·Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc)
·Understand the creative, print and website production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary
·Keep his/her immediate line manager informed of all activity that is relevant to their business
·To manage his/her time effectively to ensure a timely completion of projects
·Accurately estimate and bill all work
·Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs as defined by the client and his/her manager
·Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, specifically the programs on which he/she is working.
·To have a good working relationship with the clients personnel

REQUIRED SKILLS:
·7+ years experience in managing major interactive projects in a previous agency or interactive department function
·Thorough understanding of agency functions
·Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self management skills
·Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills
·Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
·Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills and ability to provide professional program / campaign reporting
·Confidence and proficiency in presentation
·Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including research, creative, production, media, interactive, database and technology services
·Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·Efficiently managing and developing strong relationships with external vendors
·Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Mandarin


# Account Director – CRM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Ensure quality and timely delivery of all projects assigned to his or her team.
·Ability to guide and support junior staff in operational duties.
·Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and manage team resources.
·Ability to manage and work with other departments within the agency to produce creative solutions for clients.
·Ability to write and present strategic presentations independently.
·Ability to present in English or Chinese.
·Ability to chair a meeting and manage middle management clients on daily operations.
·Ability to manage client finances and agency’s profitability.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
·8 to 10 years of CRM creative agency experience
·Automotive experience preferred but not necessary
·Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
·Have a good sense of creative campaign development, not just number crunching
·Candidates from creative CRM agencies preferred over data firms
·Will consider ex-Marketing Managers (with past agency experience)


# Account Manager – ATL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Proactively deliver business-building and innovative solutions for Clients
·Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the account ensuring the campaigns are on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to a high level of quality
·Manage account executives, providing guidance and leadership
·Ensure brand consistency across client initiatives
·Become an expert on the clients brand and products, as well as the industry, market trends

REQUIRED SKILLS:
·3 years relevant working experience in 4A agency, with ATL and interactive experience
·Excellent project execution and client management skill
·Demonstrated ability to present ideas clearly, comprehensively and logically
·Excellent communication and presentation skills
·Fluent written and oral English
·Good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office
·An efficient team player who is takes initiative, is motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and strategically minded
·Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Communication

·Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team.
·Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide professional agency representation

·Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director and Business Director of any problems that may arise.
·Reviews all major deliverables with Account Director and Business Director (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
·Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
·Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status reports on a weekly basis

# Data & Insights Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Work with account team in development of data driven communications programmes
·Understand clients’ business issues and drive strategy across all channels and touchpoints
·Build relationships with management and staff (internal & external) in business areas associated with data planning & CRM performance work
·Manage client expectations and promote planning/analysis & research functions to clients
·Manage and resolve the key data strategy issues involving quality, consistency and growth across customer and prospecting databases
·Develop the skills and knowledge within other members of the KNABS department
·Interrogate syndicated research material to provide answers to briefs issued by senior planners or the account team
·Ensure associated operational areas perform within agreed service level agreement & deliveries meets timely and quality requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS:
·Graduate, preferably with a Marketing, Intelligence or Business Degree, oversea study or work experience is a plus

·Experienced at both qualitative and quantitative research programs within a commercial environment.
