Interactive Project Manager

Location: Guangzhou

• To manage operation vendor’s performance, includes: KPI management, improvement action plans,
• As one of the key contact person, he/she will attend regular meeting, she needs to present “consumer relations” function’s opinion to multiple functions and try to get support and alignments in purpose of optimizing consumer experience.
• Issue monitoring and warning based on consumer’s voice;
• Bring consumer’s insight to business team & drive actions to improve consumer experience;
• To identify opportunity and to seek internal resources/helps to achieve consumer satisfaction and operation efficiency.
• To be the category capability leader( training, counseling table) for identified categories.

Qualification & requirements:
• Bachelor or above;
• Fluent English capability both in written and oral; CET 6 and above;
• Data analysis capability: Sensitive to data from operation and can provide actionable plans accordingly, can design and implement data collection.
• Strong Leadership: Ability (written & oral) to recommend, influence and drive key decisions across multi-functions; Strong collaboration skill is required.
• Has ever managed vendor or a working group with no less than 5 people.
• Is a big fans of E-commerce or social media.
• Working Experience: At least 2 years with solid performance.
