Social Media Manager

Job Description:
1. Work with Account and planning team for crafting social media strategy for clients
2. Develop social media communication and campaign proposal for existing clients/new business together with internal and external working teams
3. Bridge social topics/language with creative ideation
4. Actively keep track on overall social media trends/latest topics to inspire creative thinking
5. Manage social media campaigns via day-to-day activities such as online content creation i.e. seeding campaign content on relevant sites, weibo updates, video content, online influencer outreach/communication, posting on blogs, weixin interactive game idea and etc.
6. To manage time effectively to ensure a timely completion of social projects
7. Track, monitor and report for all the relevant social projects

Requirements:
1. Social media savvy with 3+ year experience in managing social media projects in previous agency (creative and/or media) or interactive departments
2. Down-to-earth execution experience of social campaign
3. Experience in social media with female focused product and FMCG experience will be a plus

Digital Account Director/数字客户总监

Job Description:
1. Manage clients relationship which includes regular meetings, project discussion and campaign management
2. Develop digital communication proposal for existing clients/new business together with planning and creative teams
3. Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives,
4. Liaison with internal and external working teams and develop accurate and realistic digital creative and production briefs based on extensive digital knowledge + client’s business understanding
5. Produce comprehensive contact and progress reports, e.g., WIP, project deliverables, timeline and etc)
6. Understand the digital production processes and assess all works of internal and external working teams, and provide corrective guidance

Responsibilities:

• Plans, develops and defends budget recommendations, work goals, measurements and training requirements necessary to provide both quality and profitable service.
• Assures that client relationships remain harmonious and that the clients receive a quality of service that will encourage further growth and profitability.
• Integrates into client team environment, is accessible for the strategic needs of the client and partners with them on their overall advertising/marketing concerns.
