1. Senior Art Director – Digital

Job Summary:
Help create communications that will deliver client’s message in the most persuasive manner possible.

Major Contacts:
· Must be a skilled art director who is able to perform in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines (digital, print, TV, etc.).
· Must be able to conceptualize creative concept for all digital touch point and integrate it with better communication.
· Must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications.
· Create concept for Web-based products, optimizing the use of screen design and user interface.
· Work as a team with Copy partner.
· Contribute to the new business activities of the agency.
· Recommend measures to improve work process methods and quality of product.
· May include other duties as assigned.
· Has great knowledge of the latest digital trends.
· Coordinate team and direct how final art is visually implemented.
· Able to originate ideas and integrate for ATL, activation and must have experience in film print and digital.
· Actively participates and work together with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers in the creation of visual solutions incorporating his concepts/ideas and the concepts/ideas of his/her team.
· Works with the ACD to fulfill the CD’s vision of the group, follows established work processes, identifies and mitigates team issues, escalates issues when necessary.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Must have strong writing abilities–articulate and persuasive across advertising disciplines.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
· Proven track record of managing multiple Creative assignments;
· Knowledge of Mac, Quark, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver, Front Page Director, JavaScript, Flash.
· At least 3+ years of relevant working experience in agency, with a thorough understanding of Art Direction/Design.
· A command of Typography, Color, Composition, Hierarchy and an understanding of how they need to work together in developing on-brand, on-target solutions.

· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.


2. Associate Creative Director (copy base)

Job Summary:

· Must be able to conceptualize creative concept for all digital touch point and integrate it with better communication.
· Must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications.
· Create concept for Web-based products, optimizing the use of screen design and user interface;
· Work as a team with Art partner.
· Contribute to the new business activities of the agency.
· Recommend measures to improve work process methods and quality of product.

· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.


3. Account Executive 客户主任

Job Summary:

This is the position within Account Management with the primary responsibility of overseeing the effective administration of a piece of business from all perspectives.

The Account Executive is the lynch-pin of the account handling team and is relied upon to conduct the administrative side of an account with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of efficiency.

The Executive is also responsible for the prompt and accurate dissemination of information to all relevant departments within the agency.

As a client-facing member of the agency team, the Account Executive is expected to show enthusiasm for the client’s business at all times and to show a desire to produce outstanding advertising.

In the light of this, he/she should also endeavor to foster excellent relationships with all competencies and to create a stimulating atmosphere within which the best work can be developed.

Once the Executive has mastered the administration side of the job, he/she should look to develop the strategic and management skills expected of Account Supervisors.

Major Contacts:

Administration
· Produces a regular status report on each of his/her accounts.
· Organizes regular internal status meetings.
· Responsible for organizing client meetings and requirements thereof (e.g. booking rooms, lunch, room layout/presentation, etc.).
· Records all client meetings in accurate contact reports, distributed within 24 hours.
· Maintains a central filing system for documentation and tapes.
· Checks the quality of all work leaving the agency.
· Assists the Account Manager in anticipating problems before the arise.
· Develops a reputation with clients and within the agency for total reliability.

Client
· Shows enthusiasm for their client’s business.
· Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.
· Answers all client queries promptly.

Creative
· Provides creative teams with help to produce stimulus to assist generation of top quality work.
· Works with creative teams to help produce the most relevant presentation materials for new work.
· Collects competitive work and shares it with the Client Team.
· Shadows Account Manager.
· Develops an expert understanding of the agency’s financial systems.
· Takes over specific financial responsibility delegated by the Account Manager.

Management
· Delegates effectively to members of their team/other departments.

Creative Services
· He/she must learn and understand the production process and how work progresses from a written brief to the finished creative product.
· Management, with the team, of the day to day delivery of jobs is a critical area.
· He/she must learn the agency systems and how to assist in implementing them to ensure sound management of projects.

KNABS
· Acts as a central point of contact for all client team issues.
· Is a trusted and effective team administrator.
· Collects and maintains information required by the client team (brand, product, internal procedures, brand guidelines, etc.).

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing major.
· At least 1 years of Account Executive experience.
· Proven track record of exceptional service.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills.
· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
