Account Service Department

Account Director – CRM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of all projects assigned to his or her team.
• Ability to guide and support junior staff in operational duties.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and manage team resources.
• Ability to manage and work with other departments within the agency to produce creative solutions for clients.
• Ability to write and present strategic presentations independently.
• Ability to present in English or Chinese.
• Ability to chair a meeting and manage middle management clients on daily operations.
• Ability to manage client finances and agency’s profitability.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 8 to 10 years of CRM creative agency experience
• Automotive experience preferred but not necessary
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
• Have a good sense of creative campaign development, not just number crunching

Social Media Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and ensure the adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services
• Coordinate the planning of social media campaigns, ensuring customer acquisition and supporting monetization across the company’s portfolio
• Source and manage relationships with social monitoring and platform partners to support and develop commercial opportunities
• Act as the advocate of social media integration within the Company, influencing overall site and business strategies
• Provide benchmarks and analysis data provided by the Social Media Team, to inform company-wide decision-making and commercial campaign targets are met

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with account team in development of data driven communications programmes
• Understand clients’ business issues and drive strategy across all channels and touchpoints

• Manage client expectations and promote planning/analysis & research functions to clients
