Key Responsibilities:
Development of Brand Strategy:
■Assist in designing, conducting and evaluating qualitative research
■Collate competitor information, searching analyst and media sources for information
■Assist in creating strategic reports and presentations
■Review client research and summarize findings
■Assist with tracking of budget and project timelines
■Prepare presentations decks
Relationship Management:
■Support team with client relationships and follow-up

■Keep abreast of brand and marketing trends across all aspects of the business

Project Management:
■Ensure regular upward communication takes place and Director and rest of the team are fully briefed
■Develop strong working partnerships with project teams including Client services and Creative
■Responsible for overall project management of own projects, identifying specific tasks and delegating where appropriate, managing budget and external resources
■Monitor progress against plan and resolve revenue shortfalls
■Identify and manage risks, involving Director and other relevant personnel

People Management
■Support Director and team management as and when required
■Guide, motivate and direct the juniors to ensure their performance and development is managed using performance review process
■Ensure the achievement of client objectives
■Play a mentoring role if required
■Prepare to share ideas and thoughts with other strategists across the network.
■Give effective direction to Creative teams
Key Requirements:
■6+ years of experience in brand strategy
■Able to independently manage larger projects and sell “big ideas” by inspiring a senior client group

Senior Designer 资深设计

Role:
A senior Designer contributes to the organizational goals by driving ideas and innovative thinking, bringing energy to the team and identifying problems and offering solutions. A Senior Designer is able to develop quality solutions by thinking broader, beyond just ideas to understanding the bigger picture and the various components that contribute to it. Being responsible and taking ownership of projects and delivering a quality product to the client and their senior colleagues.

Concept Generation / Big Idea
■Drive ideas and innovative thinking at a senior level
■Create multiple concepts for new assignments
■Think laterally and in the abstract to help tease out the qualities and the essence of the brand
Design & Development
■Carry out the creative brief to deliver quality design

Role:
■To provide full support to the team to ensure clients receive best practice service.
■Be second point of contact during project, ensuring teams are fully informed of project at all times. Support the team in pro-actively and continuously managing communications, timings and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
■Take client phone calls in absence of team; advise team of calls
■Checking emails in the absence of the team and responding
Project Management:
Manage the Administration:
■Work with team to create work plans, budgets and timings
■Ensure all documentation is copied, and circulated to team
■Open ongoing job/stage numbers and advise the team
■Ensure files are up-to-date
■Organise courier deliveries, and ensure correct contents go to client

■A key role within the agency, the Account Manager will be responsible for harnessing the various skill sets within the business and managing (and in some case owning) the day-to-day client relationships in order to deliver the highest quality branding and design programs on time and to budget
