Account Manager

Be responsible for the daily account management including maintaining and growing strong mid-level client relationship.

Responsibilities
• Assist Account Director to manage account servicing team on routine jobs
• Involving in the communication of program planning and proposal drafting
• Presenting proposals and concluding the meetings
• Handling budgets and managing campaign costs
• With an ability to interface with clients and an ability to mobilize a multi-departmental team to provide strategic solutions.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of clients’ campaign, business tracking
• Understanding consumers by involving in consumer research
• Building and maintaining good relationship with clients
• Liaising with, and act as a link between client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with, ensuring that communication flow effectively
• Coaching and supervising AEs to execute, prioritize the tasks and meet deadline

Ideal Competency
• Minimum 2-4years relevant experience, preferable in a multinational agency
• Self-smarted, goal –oriented, team player, comfortable in a fast-pace environment
• Bilingual with good writing and presentation skills.
• Shows a motivation and eagerness to perform excel in work.
• Experience in managing junior people.
• Proficient in MS work applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
