Mid & Senior Level Strategic Planner

One of the leading international advertising agencies in Beijing is looking to hire a Strategic planner for a mid-senior level position with a minimum of 2 to 5 years above for Senior level work experience from a multinational advertising agency. This role directly reports to the Head of Strategic Planning to work independently on our key global brands for China market.
Education, intelligence, talent, and skill are important, but drive is critical. Love creative works and expression is a major part of you.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 3 years for mid-level and 4 to 5 years for senior level from international agency
• Masters or Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing/Business Administration
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

The Role


Responsibilities of this job will include implementing strategies that will raise the standard level of agency work across the client brands.

• Analyzing existing data in areas such as demographics, socio-economics and the market
• Commissioning research as required to develop strategies using both qualitative methods such as ethnography, focus group discussions and structured interviews. Your strength is your ability to analyze research data and derived rich insights and understanding.
• Monitoring cultural and social trends, and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behavior and perceptions
• Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy
• Presenting eventual conclusions and ideas to clients
• Preparing and presenting full communication strategies in a coherent and in-depth manner to positively impact the thinking of all parties involved in the communication activities.
