1. Account Director

Department: Public Relations 

Working with the world’s top international brands, this department specializes in public relations. The successful candidate will come from a Communications background, who has an excellent structured mind, great discipline, good contacts and client facing skills. The Account Director will be a strong strategic thinker, an effective counsel to the clients, with solid experience in coaching staff.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience (Client/Agency/Media)
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive programs and tactics, along with supporting materials
• Excellent relationship skills with internal teams and clients and an ability to generate results from all levels of the organization
• Understanding of the online and social media space, ability to link new media strategies to traditional corporate or marketing communications in a logical and compelling manner
• Both strategic and creative with strong local consumer insights.
• A desire and ability to coach and mentor staff

2. Business Development Manager

Department: Business Development

The Business Development department at RTG Consulting is the lifeline of the organization, identifying and driving new business to expand the firm’s portfolio. As a highly unique unit at the firm, the role works closely with the Founding Partners, to position RTG Consulting as an expert, business partner, and trusted counsel for new and potential clients. For the pro-active marketer, this role works passionately to establish leadership within the industry.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant work experience with proven success in business development functions
• Deep understanding of industry issues, a vision for growth, and a passion to build.
• Experienced in developing comprehensive strategy and programs
• Well networked in the marketing and communications market, and the potential to build relationships with C-level management
• Demonstrate high-level thinking and excellent presentation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, strong English communication skills
• Experience in luxury or premium sector preferred


3. Planner

Department: Creative/Strategic Planning

The Creative/Strategic Planning department is at the heart of our organization. Working with the world’s top international brands, this department specializes in trend forecasting, market research, comprehensive brand proposition and creative platform development.

Candidate Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years of agency experience in planning (strategic planning, creative, and/or copywriting preferred)
• Strong English writing ability

4.Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

The Marketing Department is a highly specialized department at RTG Consulting, acting as the face of the organization. This role will position RTG Consulting as an expert, business partner, and trusted counsel, establishing thought leadership within the industry to expand the firm’s portfolio. We are looking for the passionate and driven individual, who will jump on the unique opportunity to work closely with the Senior Executive team to expand our firm’s unique presence in the industry market.

Department: Integrated Communications

The integrated communications department at RTG is responsible for creating and coordinating full brand marketing campaigns.
The department works closely with all departments at RTG, ensuring that brand strategy and creative ideas are delivered exactly as planned.

Candidate Requirements:
• 6+ year’s campaign marketing experience (Client/Agency/Media)
• Excellent Communications skills
• Superior organizational skills, careful attention to details and the ability to multi-task
• Strong ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
• Demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently
• Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player
• Native Chinese and eloquent/fluent in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access a plus)


6. Senior Account Manager – Public Relation

Department: Public Relations

The successful candidate will come from a Communications background, who has an excellent structured mind, great discipline, good contacts and client facing skills. The SeniorAccountManagerwill be a strong strategic thinker, an effective counsel to the clients, with solid experience in coaching staff.

• At least 4 years marketing or communications experience (Client/Agency/Media)
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and accounts, manage client relationships and deliver results
• Good understanding of social media and digital communications
• Traditional media relations experience and understanding of how it can work effectively with paid, earned, shared and owned media platforms
• Both strategic and creative with strong local consumer insights.
• Excellent Communications skills – can write and present ideas in both languages
• Exceptionally oriented – has experience in handling and managing projects
• Effective, Organized, Systematic and a strong team player
• Proven account/project management skills, including budget management

As digital consumption and online touch-points continue to play an equally growing role for brands and consumers in China, the RTG Digital department holds a decisive role working with all the firm’s specialty units to ensure Digital thinking first and foremost, and participating in brand digital development and strategy. ·5 – 6 years digital creative, PR, media and / or marketing experience (Client/Agency/Media)

9. Designer – Freelance

We are a high profile branding agency looking for creative talent that pushes the boundaries of traditional thinking. Our work is primarily focused on premium brands of international calibre operating in China.

We are seeking a small pool of freelance designers and a senior designer to join our team for possible longer term partnership. Work would involve creating designs for our clients and managing such projects start to finish. This could include areas such as Corporate Identity, Sales Collateral, Website Design, Copywriting and Storyboard Creation.

The successful candidate possesses:
• At least 5 years of Creative Design experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with strong design skills
• Superior organization and multi-tasking skills
• Able to prioritize and work effectively within stated timelines working overtime where necessary
• Ability to work independently
• Good understanding of marketing principles, online marketing and social networking
• Bi-lingual English / Chinese ability (but not a must)
