This team challenges, shapes and inspires new thinking for clients powered by data insight. Too often we think about media as merely a commodity we can buy so our planning process is geared towards new ways to spend. But media means many things and comes in many guises – this team ensures that Havas offers its clients creativity, content and connectivity – however we find the opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver relevant strategic insights and design compelling, creative, media strategies
推动并提供相关的战略洞察,设计具有说服力的创意和媒体战略

• Promote the adoption of HAVAS’ Meaningful Connection Planning process, methodology and tool-box across the agency
推动公司各部门在策划的流程、方法和工具中使用汉威士有意义的连接平台

• Generate and articulate market, consumer and competitive insights to support the development of robust and substantiated media strategies
为支持媒体战略发展更为完善且具有事实依据,制作并清晰地表述市场、消费者和竞争力洞察

• Develop compelling presentations including proposals, internal briefs and thought leadership
制作具有说服力的展示报告,包括提案、内部简报和思维领导力

• Be a central resource and contribute to proprietary and syndicated consumer research and studies
作为主要资源为部门内部和跨部门的消费者调查研究做出贡献

• Understand and transmit relevant consumer trends & behaviors proactively for clients, partners and agencies

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TALENT & SKILLS:

教育背景和能力:
• BA (or equivalent) in relevant field from university

• 3-5+years of strategic planning experience within a digital environment

至少3-5年在数字化环境中的战略规划经验
• Extensive knowledge of latest marketing channels, technologies and trends

Research Assistant, Strategy & Insignts

研究助理-策略和洞察 

HAVAS MEDIA China is looking for a Research Assistant to join our fast growing team. You are highly energetic, passionate and intuitive with previous experience in a research or communications company.

The role of the research assistant is to conduct qualitative & quantitative research and insight for client account work and new business pitches. You will support the wider strategy team and work with the planning departments within the agency to generate key communication insights from consumer, category and brand data

Key areas of responsibility:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including participation in new research products
• Data collection, analysis and report writing
• Support integration of consumer, media, brand and market insights into the planning process
• Act as key contact for proprietary tools
• Support and proactive in insight led thought leadership and PR; internally and externally

Skills and Experience Requirements:
• 1-2 years work experience in research or agency
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
• Independent self-starter
• Project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English

The ideal candidate has experience from a media agency and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. While the role does not specifically require moderator experience nor detailed quantitative technical experience, the research assistant must be able to compare and contrast research findings to influence strategy and planning.

Location & travel:
You are based in Shanghai  and able to travel within China.


Designer (设计师) 

1、美术或相关院校毕业,二年以上工作经验; 
2、具备良好的美术功底及创意能力; 
3、优秀的理解能力和沟通能力,具团队合作精神; 
4、适应性强,能在压力下独立完成工作; 
5、熟练操作苹果机及使用相关设计制作软件,会Flash设计优先考虑; 
6、基本的英文阅读能力; 
7、有Digital及国际4A广告公司工作经验者优先考虑。 


资深互动文案 
职位要求: 
1、广告公司相关工作经验五年以上,或互动广告公司相关工作经验四年以上。 
2、擅长创意发想与网站互动环节逻辑,并熟悉网路各平台的特性。 
3、具有成熟的文字功力和独特的思考角度。 
4、熟练运用office相关软件,能独立完成提案ppt撰写者尤佳。
