HR Specialist

Functional Area: Human Resource and Administration
Department : HR

Headcount : 1.0 
Reporting Line :HR Manager

Responsibilities: 
1. Support ongoing improvement in different HR processes/ project as assigned and answer employee inquiries accordingly.
2. Responsible for internship recruitment and co-ordinate interview arrangements if necessary.
3. Support to prepare and consolidate the non-full time monthly payroll.
4. Support to implement employee performance appraisal processes and maintain related systems.
5. Support line manager as training facilitator.
6. Follow up on the HR system related projects, includes system upgrades or new system implementation.
7. To prepare the monthly report for HR team, including HC, turnover, etc.
8. Be responsible for expatriate managements, e.g. working-resident permits, visa application, invitation & dispatch letter ect..
9. Support to be in charge of related work of administration management, including activities, outing, annual dinner, happy hour, birthday party, ect..

Qualifications : 
1. Bachelor or above degree, major in human resource field is preferred.
2. More than 2 years working experience in HR & Admin function, multinational company experience is preferred.
3. Knowledge in Human Resources Management, HR policies & system, HR practices, and HR-related laws and regulations.
4. Good communication skill, careful, and with attention to details.
5. Fluent in English (oral and written).
6. Strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office.
