Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Description
– Provide all secretarial support to Managing Director, MSLGROUP China: Calendar management, travel booking, correspondence, scheduling, expense handling, meeting management and support, translation etc.

HR Specialist

Functional Area: Human Resource and Administration

Responsibilities: 
1. Support ongoing improvement in different HR processes/ project as assigned and answer employee inquiries accordingly.
2. Responsible for internship recruitment and co-ordinate interview arrangements if necessary.
3. Support to prepare and consolidate the non-full time monthly payroll.
4. Support to implement employee performance appraisal processes and maintain related systems.
5. Support line manager as training facilitator.

Qualifications :

4. Good communication skill, careful, and with attention to details.

Senior Consultant

Location: Shanghai

Position Content

The SC Level has responsibility for several Client Teams and for larger retainer Clients and key projects. The SC has a small new business quota and leads retainer pitches as well as working to sell in additional service offerings to existing clients. It is a vital position, s/he must have the capacity to manage team and develop new business.

Competencies (Knowledge & Skill & Behavior):
• Responsible to effectively manage two large/complex client accounts to achieve client results or objectives; ensure high-quality service/deliverables, maintain positive client relationship, and expanding business offering with reasonable profitability;
• Understand the main trends in the client industry and relate them to the PR strategy, use knowledge to advance clients’ program and build thought leadership;
• Make realistic and sound recommendations that takes into consideration short and long-term perspectives, and client’s constraints;
• Supervise the team performance, coach and tutor members to help them to learn and grow, identify team members with different levels of performance & potentials and manage them that will result in an effective retention;
• Expand and own network of senior journalist and influencer relationships and introduce them to clients where needed;
• Able to write pitch proposal of such quality that no further revision and polishing is needed;
• Capabilities to understand the key concept of a brand and how to develop creative ideas based on the concept or key message;
• Team management skill, has passion and sense to coach and grow the members, but not only wants to Control them;
• Good skills in PPT and proposal writing.

Requirement:
• At least 8 years working experience in public relations agency or related, more than 2 years’ experience in managing team work;
• Best have experience in cross-office cooperation, familiar with the regional status of market;

Associate / Senior Associate

The Associate / Senior Associate is a senior junior consultant who is able to take independent responsibility for quality delivery of one or more service areas for a particular client, for example handling some overall planning, smaller events, client contacts, etc. The senior associate should also be able to coach and support one junior colleague in daily client work.

• Write reports and simple event proposal, build a sense of overall consciousness;

Leader Designer

Position Content

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Creative Director to assemble a quality art team.
• Lead and motivate the art team to realize overall goals and deliver a successful project on time.
• Assist the Project Manager in the creation and overall management of the art schedule and resource plans.
• Delegation of day-to-day responsibilities to other designers, writers and interactive developers.
• Provide direction to Designers and Senior Designers.

Overview
This role is a highly strategic role for MSLGROUP China and Publicis WorldWide in China, and the right person will be able to learn and grown tremendously in this position. The role includes being a strategic business partner to Group agency MD:s and CEOs, as well as to conceive, lead and implement impactful communications programs that are strong enough to impress within our own industry of experts. Job Description

1. Reporting to MSLGROUP China Marketing Leader
2. Drive MSLGROUP China external and internal PR communications and marketing activities for the network’s MSLGROUP China offices, working closely with the key executive leaders of MSLGroup China and regional and other agencies of Publicis Groupe
3. Drive media relations for Publicis Worldwide in China
4. Leading the marketing initiatives for MSLGROUP China transformation to marketing and communications group. Activities include but are not limited to:
   • Proactively implement media strategies
   • Coordinate and consolidate media inquiries and direct to respective key leaders accordingly
   • Timely launch and announcements of PR and marketing campaign launches, new business wins and key executive appointments
   • Setting up and planning MSLGROUP China Social Media presence including but not limited to WeChat and Weibo
   • Creation and/or management of events (Leading industry event, MSLGROUP China’s events and tailored events for client marketers)
   • Pursuit of speaking opportunities and awards judging opportunities for MSLGROUP China’s key leaders
   • Proactively create relevant content about MSLGROUP China and its operation, philosophy and culture via different channels targeting key stakeholders
   • Creation of marketing campaigns for MSLGROUP China
   • Awards submission (authoring and/or coordination of regional submissions), effectiveness awards shows.
   • Monitoring of media, intelligence on competitors and industry news
   • Driving role in development of thought leadership: both content wise and communications wise

Qualities we are looking for:
