Account Director-FMCG

Location:Shanghai. China 
Reporting to: Business Director
  

Focus
This role is all about setting the agenda – leading, planning and managing the activities of the account group and the success of the Client relationship on a continuous basis, and being responsible for the profitable delivery of services.  It should set an example to the whole team.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Directs the execution of the creative idea from the client brief
• Handles multiple briefs at any one time and leads the smooth delivery of each
• Ensures projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand
• Directs the team and other departments on projects, strictly adhering and leading project delivery
• Controls the financial health of the account, and leads projects with financial targets in mind
• Enduring client-relationship builder and inspires client confidence
• Pursues debates and actions which are right for the agency and client; challenges the status quo for each brief
• Knowledgeable on 360 communications
• Is able to lead and inspire team members and share knowledge and feedback to develop the skills, knowledge and abilities of the team
 
Skills/ Experience:
• Strong in communications, strategy, project management and leadership.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, ideally with 4As agencies.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• FMCG Brand related working experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including account management, creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.


Account Executive-Automobile

Location:Shanghai. China 
Reporting to: Account Director  
 

Focus: 
This spirit of this role is about the hunger, passion and drive to succeed in advertising client servicing. It requires enthusiasm, dedication, a proactive and inquisitive manner, resilience, attention to detail, reliability, a willingness to learn and an openness to get involved in all aspects of account management support. The accounts are demanding and the workflow is a constant stream of creative development, animatic production, TV and print production, Client conferences and workshops. Succeeding can offer you a great career ladder in Account Management.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the superior in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, contact reports, status reports
• Working with superior on the production, liaising with the Creatives, Planners and TV producers
• Responsibility for producing Cost Estimates for approval with Client, and managing with Finance
• Managing the team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with the Clients
• Making sure that there is a clear communication of what is happening amongst the Agency team
 
Skills/ Experience:
• Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or related fields.
• 4A internship or one year working experience is preferred.
• Sports Brand related working experience is preferred.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure.

Account Manager-FMCG

Location:Shanghai. China 
Reporting to: Account Director  
 

Focus: 
This role is principally about running the management and delivery of multi-channel projects. It requires a can-do approach and the drive and ability to spearhead and drive a project forward independently, from concept to production using excellent negotiation and client management skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Links idea to execution from the client to the agency through drafting great creative briefs 
• Takes responsibility for the day to day running of the account with regard to production budgets, timing plans, resource, client requests etc.
• Progresses project with initiative and understanding, based on client insight and the role played by other departments
• Ensures all requirements are being met in terms of overall project delivery by continual reviews with the team
• Organizes and is accountable for timelines, status reports and internal reviews 
• Builds and own a good, long-lasting relationship with clients, the account, planning and creative teams 
• Understanding of the client’s business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates
• Accurately estimates and invoices all activity on the account 
• Undertake/oversees good competitive reviews and compiles brand audits
 
Skills/ Experience:
• Strong presentation skills and be very detail oriented.
• 2 years + working experience in agency account management.
• FMCG Brand related working experience is preferred.
