Senior Planner 资深策划

Job description:
As Senior Planner, you will lead day-to-day strategy for the agency, managing the planning team, driving excellent creative work, and becoming a trusted client advisor. In this position getting your hands dirty with both client consultation and internal proposal development is key, as well as nurturing your own planning team with the potential to transition to Planning Director if successful.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Communications Planning

•Work closely with the ECD and creative team to lead strategic and creative excellence.
•Use your deep understanding of behaviours across consumer segments to identify key insights that will drive big ideas for client briefs.
•Lead qualitative and quantitative research and analytics practices.
•Plan digital, social, e-commerce and integrated strategies to meet client needs.
•Develop solutions for client brand and business problems, and be responsible for measuring the success of those solutions.

Cultural Thought Leadership
•Demonstrate thought leadership in the areas of strategic planning and solutions-driven approaches to creative problems.
•Train, motivate, and inspire strategic thinking through regular sharing of research and trends.

Account Manager  客户经理

Job description
Arcade Shanghai is seeking a seasoned and experience Account Manager with proven track record in handling integrated marketing campaigns for fast-paced, high-volume accounts. 

Responsibilities:
•Primary liaison between the Agency and the Client for ongoing projects, ensuring clients’ expectations are met and exceeded
•Manage operations and implementation of ATL, Digital, E-commerce projects
•Partner with social media agency to apply communication strategy and creative ideas to social plan and supervise day-to-day content related social executions
•Maintain timeline and ensure delivery for key milestones including presentations, approvals and production
•Handles multiple briefs and projects at a time and leads the smooth delivery of each
•Ensure projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand
•Control the financial health of all projects
•Build enduring relationship with clients and inspire client confidence in the Agency
•Knowledgeable on 360 communications including digital innovative technology and EC execution cases.

Desired Skills and Experience
•The ideal candidate will have a solid 3 to 5 years of Account Servicing experience minimally and have had hands-on experience handling campaigns on various communication channel for fast-moving consumer brands (both local and international) in China. Creative thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills is imperative.
•To be successful in this role you will need to be extremely detail-oriented, organized and efficient with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently. As you will be a key client contact for the account, confidence, constant quest to be ahead of the market and the ability to ‘get it done’ are all key attributes.
•Fluent both in written and verbal English communication skills is a nice-to-have.
