Senior Digital Account Manager-FMCG

Location:Shanghai. China 
Reporting to: Account Director  

Focus: 
This role is principally about running the management and delivery of multi-channel projects. It requires a can-do approach and the drive and ability to spearhead and drive a project forward independently, from concept to production using excellent negotiation and client management skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Links idea to execution from the client to the agency through drafting great creative briefs 
• Takes responsibility for the day to day running of the account with regard to production budgets, timing plans, resource, client requests etc.
• Progresses project with initiative and understanding, based on client insight and the role played by other departments
• Ensures all requirements are being met in terms of overall project delivery by continual reviews with the team
• Organizes and is accountable for timelines, status reports and internal reviews 
• Builds and own a good, long-lasting relationship with clients, the account, planning and creative teams 
• Understanding of the client’s business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates
• Accurately estimates and invoices all activity on the account 
• Undertake/oversees good competitive reviews and compiles brand audits
 
Skills/ Experience:
• Strong presentation skills and be very detail oriented.
• 2 years + working experience in agency account management.
• Digital experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese 
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business group, including account management, creative team in a fast-paced environment.

Planner / Senior Planner

Location:Shanghai. China 
Reporting to: Associate Planning Director

Focus
This role gives the opportunity to drive forward planning of brand-building strategies at agency. Working on creative and media briefs with the client services and creative teams to ensure the best possible marketing solutions for a broad range of clients.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop consumer digital behavior insight and trends 
• Analyze the role and impact of various digital touch points on client’s business and marketing strategies
• Synthesize and analyze, write & present key findings to develop insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy
• To deliver planning at both implementation and strategic levels
• Ignite the generation of creative ideas
• Familiar with digital content strategy and channel strategy
• Interpret research findings and generate consumer insight that enables creative communication solutions
• Maintain a summary and analysis of all digital campaigns and stimulus for further collation and benchmarking
• Participating in thought leadership initiatives discussion with partners and clients
• Provide on-going updates to the team of industry trends, issues, and best practices for relevant categories
 
Skills/ Experience:

• Ability to independently source supporting data and research
• Ability to work across a broad range of client categories and a swathe of very different consumer groups
• An awareness of how digital fits within the communications landscape
• Basic sense of digital media environment in China
• Experience in mobile marketing, social CRM,E-commence, search engine is preferred
• Proficiency in Chinese & English

Digital Account Director / Group Account Director

Location:Shanghai. China 
Reporting to: Business Director

Focus
This role is all about setting the agenda – leading, planning and managing the activities of the account group and the success of the Client relationship on a continuous basis, and being responsible for the profitable delivery of services.  It should set an example to the whole team.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Directs the execution of the creative idea from the client brief
• Handles multiple briefs at any one time and leads the smooth delivery of each
• Ensures projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand
• Directs the team and other departments on projects, strictly adhering and leading project delivery
• Controls the financial health of the account, and leads projects with financial targets in mind
• Enduring client-relationship builder and inspires client confidence
• Pursues debates and actions which are right for the agency and client; challenges the status quo for each brief
• Knowledgeable on 360 communications
• Is able to lead and inspire team members and share knowledge and feedback to develop the skills, knowledge and abilities of the team
 
Skills/ Experience:

• Strong in communications, strategy, project management and leadership.
• Minimum 6 years of marketing or digital experience, ideally with 4As agencies.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Automobile and Sports Brand related working experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including account management, creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
