1-Senior Strategic Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Crafting digital strategies for clients based on client needs and consumer insights.
• Being responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and programs among internal and external contacts
• Performing good analytical skill via strategic thinking with innovative implementations
• Market Insights & trends study as well as analysis
• Thinking creatively to apply new technologies/platforms to drive client objectives
• To manage crisis management for day-to-day campaign

Job Requirements:
• Around 4 years working experience in marketing/advertising related field for brand strategic management focusing on digital area
• FMCG related industry servicing experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of ad serving & tracking processes
• Understanding proper tracking set-up procedures
• Open-minded, fast learner, highly motivated by new thinking and new technology.
• Good financial knowledge


2-Digital Account Manager

Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of account management, FMCG clients servicing experience is plus
• Digital marketing experience with integrated marketing insight is MUST
• Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management
• Proven success in growing account and revenue generation
• Experience managing services and project related business
• Ability to develop and motivate a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills


3-Senior Art Director

Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years of professional experience encompassing the following: A minimum of 2 years as a senior designer in at least two of the following areas: user experience design, multimedia, advertising, interactive advertising, game interface design, Internet design, marketing, publishing, broadcast, film or television;
• Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia, and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives;
• Is an expert in graphic design including classic typography, composition, color theory
• Strong comprehension of information architecture disciplines and methodologies;
• Experience with the constraints and features of interaction and social media in China;
• Successful experiences working with and selling to clients;
• Ability to direct creative teams including user experience designers, visual designers, and writers;
• Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities;
• Has demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure.
