PR Practitioner

Location: Shanghai or Beijing

Team Management (Continued)
• Ensure quality work from team in order to meet/exceed client expectations
• Responsible for training and development of staff
• Make recommendations regarding salary increases, promotions, etc.
• Attend account reviews and staff meetings – provide ongoing communications and feedback
• Involved in staffing of team including reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates
• Serve as a role-model to other team members
• Successfully grow existing accounts 

Administrative Support
• Negotiate fees with clients/prospective clients

• Authorize billing invoices and follow-up with past-due invoices to clients

Qualifications
• Education-Bachelor’s Degree

Account Manager, Healthcare

• Keep client programmes on schedule and ensure all deadliness are met

Consultant-Project and Retail/Consumer

Location:Beijing

Description
A Consultant serves as a primary day-to-day client contact. She/he manages the flow of work and information to account team, and possess an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, industry, PR issues, and retail marketing. The Consultant will perform fundamental PR tasks such as project management, Retail marketing management, and press material development. The focus of a Consultant is on developing their proficiency and the necessary skill set to become a successful PR/Project/Retail practitioner.

Primary Responsibilities
Client

– Work with client on tactical issues
– Participate in client meetings and presentations
– Provide basic client counsel, manage issues and crises
– Conduct and manage the flow of research necessary to analyze client issues

Position Profile
