Account Executive 

Department: Account Service
Location: Shanghai
Reports to: Account Director

Overview of Job Function

· Implements account programs and responsible for daily agency executions
· Serve act as main conduit between client and agency to  facilitate effective flow of information

Key Responsibilities
· Assisting and observing the strategic development and creative process for the brand, product and campaign strategy.
· Draft inspiring creative briefs and coordinate briefing sessions to incite creative and cross-discipline teams
· Interface with clients and mobilize a multi-departmental team to provide strategic, creative and tactical solutions
· Become a consumer expert, immersing in consumers research and studies to uncover actionable consumer insights applicable in briefs and strategic documents
· Closely monitor competitive marketing, advertising and retail activities so as to provide timely and regular competitive alerts with well-drafted strategic implications
· Forecast and manage agency resources and keep cross-functional teams updated with project timelines and status reports
· Quality control on layouts, Final Artworks and plans, highlighting getting supervisor’s review before sending out to clients
· Consolidate and provide the necessary substantiation documentation censorship review and approval during different phases of advertising creation.
· Lead the coordination of the commercial trafficking and rotation efforts.
· Timely generation of production and media invoices for client approval and follow up on a regular basis on payments and job closures
· Schedule and coordinate all meetings and arrange meeting facility ( meeting notice submitting, conference booking, equipment well-preparation, concall number set-up for teleconference)
· Consolidate, organize and appropriately disseminate electronic libraries of client business, research, creative and competitive materials

Ideal Competency
·  University graduate at a minimum
·  Preferably agency experience but not a must.
·  Experience in the field of marketing a plus
·  Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese.
·  PC literacy ( Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
·  Willing to learn, have an inquisitive mind and enjoy problem solving
