Creative Director, Consumer

• Lead, motivate and manage the Creative team
• Develop and create artwork for clients as a Director
• Be responsible for team members and give them professional training and guidance Coordinate and work closely with the other departments on project concepts and design
• Proactively deliver business-building creative solutions for Clients
• Ensure brand and design consistency across client initiatives
• Present concept/design treatments, storyboards and completed work to internal and external clients
• Do department assessment report and development proposal regularly, coordinate to stipulate cost planning for department.  

Qualifications Requirements:

• 6-10 years relevant creative experience; Digital/social experience is preferred; Fashion/Consumer/IT industry experience is preferred;
• Have full case strategy thinking ability;
• Personal portfolio exhibiting impressive depth and breadth of work;
• Working knowledge of execution of creative work;
• Seen as knowledgeable on current global trends of creative work;
• Ability to strategically analyze and guide creative work and talent;
• Ability to command respect with the client, brand, account and digital team;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
