To work as a part of the strategy team to propose innovative brand solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

品牌策划发展:
Development of Brand Strategy:

■协助总监进行团队管理,并在需要时承担总监职责。
■Support Director with team management as and when required
■指导、激励和引导分析师和咨询顾问,以确保绩效管理与绩效评估流程一致。
■Guide, motivate and direct the Analysts and Consultants to ensure their performance and development is managed using the performance review process
■确保客户目标的达成。
■Ensure the achievement of client objectives
■如有需要,作为团队教练,指导新人。
■Play a mentoring role if required
■与客服和创意部门密切合作,确保是一个有凝聚力的项目团队致力于客户的品牌解决方案。
■Work closely with Client Services and Creative to ensure a cohesive project team delivering client brand solutions

■Champion of brand ideas within the agency and to the clients

■Drive the continued improvement of strategic brand solutions

■Develop and maintain long term client relationships plus identify key contacts within the client team and build relationships

■Keep abreast of brand and marketing trends across all aspects of the business
■提供最佳品牌创意。
■Champion of 'brand ideas'
■建立最佳实践工作的新途径,并开发新的工作工具和方法。
■Work with the teams to establish best practice new ways of working and develop new tools and methodologies
■通过网络激励学习并分享想法。
■Encourage learning and sharing of ideas across the network
■识别新兴的环境主题。
■Identify emerging environment themes
■把握新客户的机会。
■Identify new client opportunities

项目管理:
Project Management:

■确保主管和团队其他成员充分听取定期的向上沟通。
■Ensure regular upward communication takes place and Director and rest of the team are fully briefed
■建立包括客服和创意部门在内的良好的工作环境。
■Develop strong working partnerships with project teams including Client services and Creative
■负责自己项目全面计划方案的管理,准确识别特殊任务和委托,管理预算和外部资源。
■Responsible for overall project management of own projects, identifying specific tasks and delegating where appropriate, managing budget and external resources
■检测计划进展情况,并解决支出不足问题。
■Monitor progress against plan and resolve revenue shortfalls
■针对总监和其他相关人员,识别和管理风险。
■Identify and manage risks, involving Director and other relevant personnel

■Support Director and team management as and when required

■Guide, motivate and direct the juniors to ensure their performance and development is managed using performance review process

主要需求:
Key Requirements:

■六年以上品牌策略方面相关的经验。
■6+ years of experience in brand strategy
■能够独立管理大型项目,并通过激励高级客户群体推销“大创意”
■Able to independently manage larger projects and sell “big ideas” by inspiring a senior client group 
■良好的时间管理能力。
■Good time management skills
■处在影响当地和国际上所以业务领域等趋势的前沿。
■Stay abreast of local and international trends impacting all areas of business
■独立管理项目的能力。
■A proven capability of independently manage projects
