Head of Planning(策略长)

Location: Beijing

Key responsibilities:
• Lead planning team in winning and delivering business, guarantee the client satisfaction.
• Strategic selling and closing of concepts and ideas, overseeing the quality of delivery of all the client facing projects.
• Manage head count structure and their responsibilities, nurture team potentials, optimize resources to deliver the best business result and guarantee the effective use of company assets.

Planning Director(策略总监)

Location: Beijing

Summary:

Key responsibilities:
• Take full responsibility for planning and directing, and variety of planning tasks, including daily planning work, and new business pitches.

• Partner with the Account Directors and Creative Directors in identifying the right business needs and opportunities.
• Bring deep consumer knowledge and insights, develop and drive the brand/ communication strategies, help develop big simple communication ideas and finally help evolve and take forward the campaign ideas to tackle client's issue.
• Selling and closing of ideas internally and externally. Strategically and diplomatically handling frustration and discrepancies, adds clarity and scale to both strategies and creative ideas.

Account Director (客户总监)

Location: Beijing

People management

Product management

• Ensure work are being checked by Creative, Studio and client’s approval before sending out for production.
• Work with all parties (Creative, Strategy, Production, Studio, Vendor) to ensure collaboration for better work quality.
• Lead and conduct weekly WIP with client/ internal team.
• All meetings must be followed up contact report or re-cap email. Contact report and re-cap must be precise and captured all discussion with Client. The Contact Report and re-cap should be sent to client within 24 hours after the meeting.
• Internal review is necessary before presentation to the client.
• To lead all presentations to the client and work together with creative to ensure presentations are in order.
• At times the AD are required to assist with New Business or pitches.
• The AD may be required to work beyond the scope during crucial period.
• Take ownership of the project and be involve.

Profit management
• Ensure all estimates are being approved by client before sending out for production.
• Ensure final quotations are given to client upon job completion and invoice are being sent out on time.
• Ensure prompt payment by client.
• All out of scope should be charged to the client should there be any.
• Financial related documents must be updated regularly for reference.

Career development
• Enhance professional expertise to pave the way to be Senior Account Directior / Group Account Director.

Account Manager (客户经理)

Location: Beijing

Key responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth implementation of all major deliverables within timeline and budget (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director of any problems that may arise.
• Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Account Director
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
• Prepare regular correspondence, Contact Report, Status Report and Production Estimate.

Associate Creative Director (Art base) 创意副总监(美术方向)

Location: Beijing

Key responsibilities:
1.Assistant creative direction
• Responsible handling Art direction, with project ownership.
• Taking project lead and responsibility on art directional and design projects, leading the creative team on the project and meet & guide the client from creative side.
• Create and execute campaign ideas and designs (on- & offline).
• Develop pitch presentations or parts.
• Lead, nurture & supervise the creative team, especially those under your responsibility.
• Create & constantly encourage creative, inspirational team spirit.

2.Initiative creation-internal & external
• Initiate, lead and participate in creative-innovative experimental concepts & projects.

• Conceive the development of all materials (copy) to ensure that creative concepts are strategically on target and art meets company standards of creative excellence.
• Work closely with the art based creative Director, as well as the Planning team.
• Lead and supervise the creative copy development for the offline and online projects for Serviceplan

Requirements
• Over 2 years experiences of working in digital and advertising agency
• Digital minded, fully understand how to evolve an initial concept and able to execute it throughout all digital platforms (website, social media, etc.)
• Experience in designing responsive website and smartphone app is a bonus
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete the work independently as well as with the team members
• Be skilled in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator), basic understanding of certain development software (Flash, Dreamweaver) is a plus

Finance Director(财务总监)

Location: Beijing

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and built up an infrastructure for accounting and reporting
• Manage agency accounting operations and ensure integrity of financial statements.
• Manage and develop financial control systems and organization.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all general ledger balances including the thorough analysis of all balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Supervise divisional accounting, financial planning and control activities, supervise admin team as well.
• Analyze financial results. Develop recommendations and reports, which provide management with a clear understanding of the financial performance of the agency and the financial effect of various business plans.
• Responsible for the adequacy of budgeting, financial planning and control, accounting and reporting procedures for one or more divisions of the agency.
• Supervise operating, accounting and control functions. Develop/revise appropriate financial planning and control procedures and direct their implementation.
• Consolidate financial information and prepare periodic reports reflecting the business performance.
• Direct preparation and maintenance of the corporation’s accounting records.
• Prepare year-end statutory and tax packages as required by Serviceplan headquarter.
• Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• May include other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Accounting. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• A minimum of ten (15) years of diverse financial experience.  Experience in public accounting preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet frequent deadlines.
• Ability to work closely with internal and external people.
• Ability to function in multi-company environment.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have the physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
