Social BD Manager

• Location: NetBooster Shanghai Office

Overview of job:
Social BD Manager will specialize into strategy on wechat and weibo, copywriting, campaigns and social CRM. Devoted at improving the social presence of our clients with more reach and engagement in order to improve brand awareness and deliver business results.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Strategy and Planning

• Create strategic, insights-driven digital/social media marketing plans.
• Participate in proposal creation and presentations with Business Development team.
• Manage Social Media projects to create and grow Online Communities around brands.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing a year-round Marketing and PR program that helps build up the NetBooster brand, drive maximum exposure and recognition within the China Digital Marketing space, and ultimately drive new business leads.

Project Manager

Overview of job:

Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the campaign lifecycle. The role will include campaign management; client service management involves maintaining the accuracy and organization of all bid management & trafficking processes and agency interactions related to assigned campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have prior digital planning or buying experience, DSP campaign management and optimization experience, strong analytical, writing and comprehension skills, and strong client management experience.  Prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization efforts is important.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Project Management and Strategy Planning

• Execute, manage and optimize digital media campaigns and programs (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.
• Propensity to eloquently speak to all digital media channels
• Responsible for communication of campaign performance including the ability to provide insightful feedback on questions related to technology, data and optimization & in-platform QA.
• Operate as the day-to-day lead for Agency partners to resolve issues, provide status, and ensure peak campaign performance while maintaining excellent client service

Insights, Community Management and Reporting

• Answer inquiries and resolve issues within the communities.

Required skills and competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of solid work experience in digital marketing strategic planning, and excellent knowledge with China social media landscape
