创意总监 Creative Director – art base

Responsibilities:
Creative Director sets the tone for the quality of the work. He/she partners with account and planning in strategic thinking that leads to business-shaping creative solutions (nowadays integrated creative solutions).

1.  Set and maintain the creative direction and goals for specific projects and accounts, ensuring they meet client objectives and bring the brand to life.
2.  Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand.
3.  Able to organize and present concepts in a clear manner.
4.  Hire, coach, and manage team members.
5.  Develop the team member to be equipped with digital/new media knowledge.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Ability to generate big ideas that can be adopted on multiple media touch points to provide brand experience to consumers.
3. Strong presentation skills and effective client relations skills.
4. 6-8 years of professional creative experience; 2+ years in digital agency is preferred.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
6. Ability to mentor creative personnel and foster learning and excellence among team members.

4.A leading role in the review and evaluation of quality of all Agency major deliveries, from consumer study, brand/campaign strategy, creative briefing, creative idea, integrated communication plan etc.
5.A leading role to lead and connect all agencies (media, digital, social media etc.) involved in an integrated campaign to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
6.Assign team priorities and manages resources as team coach.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.6+ years of 4A or relevant experiences, 2+ years of digital agency is preferred.
3.Proven Account Management skills of holistic campaigns.
4.Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
5.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively.
6.Able to priorities, communicate and motivate a team accordingly.
7.Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
8.Good command of English.

1. Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients.
2. Disclose campaign details to the client and all team members.
3. Monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.
4. Responsible for status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated.
5. Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
6. Offer creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects.
7. Keep one stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity.

Responsibilities:

5.Manage social media campaigns via day-to-day activities such as online content creation i.e. seeding campaign content on relevant sites, weibo updates, video content, online influencer outreach, posting on blogs etc.

Job Requirement:

平面制作Print Producer(FMCG clients)

工作职责:
1. 美术、平面设计相关专业,大学专科及以上学历;
2. 有三年以上平面设计、品牌推广工作经验,具有IT行业同类岗位或4A广告公司经验者优先;熟练掌握Flash、Fireworks、Dreamweaver、Photoshop、Coreldraw、Illustrator等设计软件;
3. 有扎实的美术功底、良好的创意思维和理解能力,具有报刊、杂志平面设计工作经验者优先;具有较强的理解、领悟能力、创新和表现能力;

完稿 Final Art Work (FMCG clients)

工作职责:
1. 可独立快速完成各类平面设计完稿;
2. 保证完稿与设计的一致性,对画面、尺寸及相关工艺要求的正确性负责;
3. 完成作品的排版和修图工作;
4. 协助美术指导及设计师完成相关工作,如打印、扫描、搜图、做设计样稿等;
5. 协助平面设计师,跟进平面输出文件的制作过程;
6. 定期整理资料刻盘,项目结束后及时备份资料;
7. 与业务团队保持良好密切的沟通;
8. 可把控印刷品质。

基本要求:
1. 美术专业,专科以上学历,专业知识扎实。
2. 具有2年以上广告业从业经验,工作绝对认真、仔细,对纸张、材料、制作工艺及印刷有相当的认识。
3. 能够准确领会客户的要求,能够独立完成印前制作工作,安排输出,字体管理,图像色彩管理。
4. 具有良好的设计意识表现能力,懂MAC软件,熟练掌握 Illustrator, Photoshop,InDesign等软件。
5. 有良好的沟通能力,责任感强,尽职敬业,具有团队合作精神。
6. 具备图像处理与修片技能。


互动创意总监 Digital Creative Director

Requirements:
1.Native mandarin speaker, able to communicate in English.
2.Good concepting, ideation and presentation capability.
3.Understand the digital ecosystem (social, mobile and ecom) in China and able to implement ideas in different touch points effectively.
4.A team player who can work with anyone and finish tasks under tight timeline.


互动设计师 Digital Designers

Requirements:
1.Native mandarin speaker, able to communicate in English.
2.Understand the digital ecosystem (social, mobile and ecom) in China and able to design assets e.g. H5, web banners.
