Human Resources Supervisor

Report to: Talent Head
Location:  Beijing

Position Summary
The Position takes full responsibility in leading and executing of the general human resources functions in Beijing including recruitment, retain and grow talent, as well as oversight HR administration support to meet the operational requirements of our business.

Primary Responsibilities
• Talent Recruitment and Orientation
Responsibility for the recruitment via different recruitment channels to ensure the sufficient talent pool and efficient hiring process to place the suitable talent to the team and provide professional orientation program to newcomers.
• Compensation & Benefits & Labor Contract
The Human Resources Manager will drive the daily initiatives in ensuring the smooth C&B and labor contract process to satisfy the needs of business and individuals.
• Talent Development and Performance Enhancement
The Human Resources Manager will support the team leader to ensure the quality of implementation of Professional Development Plan across the team.
• Internal Communications
The Human Resources Manager will facilitate the internal communications program in Beijing through an effective consultation and communication.
• Legal compliance and internal control
The Human Resources Manager will ensure human resources and administration policies and practices are always in line with the legal and internal control requirements.
• Administration
Responsible for administering employees’ personnel records, medical insurance, annual leave management , Coordinate with all the outsourcing HR agents on the social insurance arrangement, visa &work permit application for expatriates, relocation & repatriation for expatriates, Assist team leader on any HR program or activities.

Background Required:
• At least 3 years of human resources & administration management experience, preferably from communication industry including advertising or media.
• A strong communicator with effective listening, presentation and influencing skills.
• Ability to quickly understand the business strategy, financial environment and team.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Good written and oral English.
