Strategy Director策略总监

Overview of the Role
The Senior Strategist is a trusted advisor to our agency’s key clients, with a mission to shape and influence the strategic direction of the account and its related media investments. At the very heart, she/he has a strong desire to inspire and rally people behind his/her vision, both internally and externally, clients and partners alike.  The role requires:
-A strong ability to identify insights that make the difference and can inform a clear strategic direction to guide tactical planning.
-A keen focus on understanding your client’s business objectives to guide your thought process and identify key areas of growth.
-As a thought leader, you will regularly conduct insights sessions, workshops and trainings for your clients.
-As someone who will be supporting and interacting with planning teams on a daily basis, you will have a good grasp of the day to day needs and realities of media planning.
This role is located in Beijing with occasional travel to Shanghai, and will be an integral part of the greater Strategy team (approx. 15 people).

Key Responsibilities
• Produce integrated strategic recommendations covering both digital and traditional media. Your role will not be limited to paid media and you will be incentivized you to think of strategies that work across Paid/Owned/Earned touchpoints. As such, experiences outside of pure media planning will be considered a plus.
• Lead the gathering and utilization of insights, using proprietary tools, syndicated research and real time insight analysis (search/social) for your clients. You will most particularly excel in drafting stories that frame simply the challenges and opportunities faced by our clients.
• Lead the conduct of workshops and trainings for both internal staff and clients, and regularly share and participate in the production of agency publications.
• Work alongside analytics teams to support planning teams on key media planning decisions: overall budgeting, yearly market prioritization, benchmarking, ROI modeling etc.

Competencies & Attributes
• At least 8 years’ experience, including 5 years proven experience in a strategy and/or senior media planning position in creative, media, or consulting agency.
• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin; (Mandarin is essential)
• Well versed in integrated media environment – digital or traditional specialism is welcome, but expect to work on multi-channel plans. If you’re a digital or traditional specialist, you need to be excited by the prospect of becoming more integrated.
• Confidence to present to top senior clients is essential
• Acumen for inspiring people around you and desire to always improve the quality of our work. A measured sense of assertiveness will help drive the agenda in the right direction.
• Any industry experience is welcome. As a strategist you will be expected to navigate varied industry categories.


Digital Director互动营销总监

Key Responsibilities
• Be the “digital master” in the team, who is majorly responsible for digital innovation of client digital experience;
• Engage with senior-level clients to deliver media solutions that effectively, efficiently build business and brand value.
• Work closely and manage digital media to ensure best quality delivery
• Work closely with planning team to ensure the best in class overall media experience
• Work with the internal team to ensure best-practice media strategy techniques are cascaded through the organization.
• Support in digital sections of pitches of the agency
• Lead the digital team and digital business of agency to grow

• KPI Delivery (forecast and delivery)
• Increase in client satisfaction on all Digital related items
• Increased billings and services
• Unit/Business Leaders Feedback

Competencies & Attributes
• A strong understanding of marketing and communication strategy to link digital to brand business need
• Must be wholly expert in media strategy, digital and planning – a person who creates complete confidence with senior-level marketing clients.
• Articulate and persuasive, excellent presentation skills, confident in his/her knowledge of digital media topics and trends.
• Affluent communication ability & client service ability for senior-level clients
• Open minded with creativity thinking and strong idea generation ability
• Highly collaborative – proven ability to bring together a team to achieve best results
• Highly motivated to drive change, even in the face of challenging industry and client dynamics
• At least 7 years of experience in agency or related field and 5 years of experience in digital related area
• As least 4 years of leadership experience demonstrating strong people management and collaborative skills
• Knowledge of China market and media landscape is crucial
• Fluent in English communication


Analytics & Insight Supervisor 分析与洞察主管

Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to our research and analytics department
• Manage the operation process and troubleshoot of existing strategy resources and planning apps
• Assist customized projects in areas of research and analytics
• Conducts research, analysis and develops insights based on data and information with the help of project leader
• Train new company staff on the application of strategy resources and planning apps

Requirements
• Passion in market research, analytics, consulting and advertising
• At least 1 year of data analytics
• Experience in marketing relevant field is preferred.
• Fluent Mandarin and a good handle of English is essential.
• Solid computer skills in MS software.
• Extremely strong organizational and time management skills.
• A great attitude and work ethic most important.
