Responsibilities:
Creative Director sets the tone for the quality of the work. He/she partners with account and planning in strategic thinking that leads to business-shaping creative solutions (nowadays integrated creative solutions).
1.  Set and maintain the creative direction and goals for specific projects and accounts, ensuring they meet client objectives and bring the brand to life.
2.  Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand.
3.  Able to organize and present concepts in a clear manner.
4.  Hire, coach, and manage team members.
5.  Develop the team member to be equipped with digital/new media knowledge.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Fluent English is a must, Cantonese is a plus.
3.Ability to generate big ideas that can be adopted on multiple media touch points to provide brand experience to consumers.
4.Strong presentation skills and effective client relations skills.
5.6+ years of professional creative experience; 2+ years in digital agency is preferred.

工作职责:
负责创意storyboard,手绘/贴画。

工作要求:
1. 有storyboard 经验,具有绘画基础及表达自我设计的能力,较高水准的创意设计,有整体视觉规划能力;
2. 思维活跃,有镜头感及审美意识;
3. 能正确理解客户的品牌概念并将其体现于创意设计之中;
4. 熟练使用photoshop、illustrator、indesign、painter等软件;
5. 做事认真负责,进取心强,有培养潜力。


14) 互动设计师 Digital Designers

Requirements:
1.Native mandarin speaker, able to communicate in English.
2.Understand the digital ecosystem (social, mobile and ecom) in China and able to design assets e.g. H5, web banners.
