Associate Planning Director(策略副总监)

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for planning and directing, and variety of planning tasks, including daily planning work, and new business pitches.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to think and plan the work ahead.
• Partner with the Account Directors and Creative Directors in identifying the right business needs and opportunities.
• Bring deep consumer knowledge and insights, develop and drive the brand/ communication strategies, help develop big simple communication ideas and finally help evolve and take forward the campaign ideas to tackle client's issue.
• Selling and closing of ideas internally and externally. Strategically and diplomatically handling frustration and discrepancies, adds clarity and scale to both strategies and creative ideas.

• Think managerially and put quality and team efficiency as the first priority , establish the planning team as an idea aggregator, China knowledge Centre & think tank, and make it the catalyst for crafting the company culture.

Social Media Manager (社交经理)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Serviceplan seeks an experienced Social Media Manager / Channel Manager to join their Shanghai team, reporting to the Group Creative
Director. The role includes the following tasks:
• We are looking for a talented individual who will possess the maturity and gravitas to build relationships with existing clients and prospects, selling our social media credentials, support us in pitches in regard of the social media topics and help us to deliver outstanding social media campaigns and marketing solutions, consistent with the high standards we have within Serviceplan.
• The right person for this is able to create and implement innovative social media campaign ideas for current and future communities (both internal and external), and knows that high quality execution of these projects is as essential as a well-­organized management of all social communities and assets. You have relevant experience in defining key performance indicators and implementing enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success and know how to amplify content through media planning and buying, reporting and analysis.
• And last but not least you must have the know how to lead a team of creative individuals, overseeing the production of content and social media assets, community management and drive them to campaign optimization.

• BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 3 -­ 4 years experience in agencies with a clear focus on Social Media
• Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape in China, its platforms, players and channels and passion for Chinese social / digital marketing
• Proven experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills:

Social Writer (社交文案)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Daily social media community management, content delivery management, as well as influencer outreach management;;
• Social media communication idea contribution, documentation, and execution;;
• Actively join in the client related social media information collection and desk research;;
• Research brand, competitor, pop culture, and other relevant sources to help determine and develop voice appropriate for the brand and the audience of the medium with minimal oversight.
• Make branding recommendations when needed. Sells ideas to client and team
• Recommend ideas around brand vision.
• Ensure strategic execution while collaborating closely with Art Director
• Write effective and compelling short or long-­form copy for all communication channels.
• Develop compelling content ideas and copy requirements

• Around 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or Social Media field
• Familiar with social media and iWOM on Weibo, Wechat, BBS, etc.
• Good understanding of social media strategy.
• Ability to effectively communicate with partners;;
• Diligent, passionate and creative
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Strong ability in PPT and Excel.

Senior Copywriter (资深文案)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Must be a skilled writer who is able to perform in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines (digital, print, TV, etc.).
• Must be able to conceptualize creative concept for all digital touch point and integrate it with better communication.
• Must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications.
• Create concept for Web-­based products, optimizing the use of screen

design and user interface;
• Work as a team with Art partner;
• Contribute to the new business activities of the agency;
• Recommend measures to improve work process methods and quality of product.
• May include other duties as assigned;
• Has great knowledge of the latest digital trends;
• Coordinate team and direct how final copy is visually implemented.

• Journalism,communication or related major, college or above;
• 3 years’ work experience in 4A company;
• Good responsibility and communication ability , strong spirit of teamwork , ability of team management, can take the work pressure;
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the internal team as well as our partners and clients

Project Manager (项目经理)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Has the ability to apply structured thinking in a creative environment and have an innovative approach to problem solving.
• Be able to define the scope of work, manage functional specifications, timelines and budgets, as well as the quality assurance for projects.
• Manage operational aspects of projects on a day-­to-­day basis, including communications to teams, stakeholders and executives.
• Participate in daily and weekly Scrum meetings and updates with internal teams, development partners and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in relation to the overall deliverables, ensuring the project has sufficient internal governance and senior management visibility.
• Establish good relationships with clients and external suppliers.

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology related discipline or any relevant work experience in the industry.
• Good technical understanding with more than 3 years experience in the IT or digital media industry, preferably with Scrum/Agile and development experience.

• A good understanding of current technical development components for websites (HTML, PHP, JS), WeChat campaigns and mobile applications.
• Ability to produce technical specifications documents.
• Proven track record of delivering digital solutions.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and other project management tools.

Digital Art Director (数字美术指导)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Report to Creative Director, you will participate in creative development and become creative-lead over time
• Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall art / design ideas
• Provide excellent design artwork under guidance of senior
• Inspire our content & client service to execute and defend your ideas

• Over 3 years’ experiences of working in digital and advertising agency
• Digital minded, fully understand how to evolve an initial concept and able to execute it throughout all digital platforms (website, social media, etc.)
• Experience in designing responsive website and smartphone app is a bonus
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete the work independently as well as with the team members
• Be skilled in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator), basic understanding of certain development software (Flash, Dreamweaver) is a plus
• Well-developed communications skills, including ability to present independently creative concepts to the team and the client
