Account Manager 客户经理

Roles and Responsibilities:
­- Gather information on the customers' annual business plan, marketing plan, work plan etc. at the beginning of the year in order to establish proposed work plan and value-proposition
­- Write proposal – scope of work; Write briefs
­- Lead and work with the production team to develop formal proposal to secure contracts for recurring works and new opportunities
­- Establish master plan to identify timeline and resource requirements for all secured contracts
­- Supervise account executive and production team project completion (budget, deadlines, human and technical resources)
­- Participate in the evaluation of project feasibility
­- Ensure coordination between the client and the internal project team
­- Participate in specs and client requirements definition
­- Ensure internal communication with the production team
­- Prepare and present presentations to clients
­- Participate in site architecture development

Requirements:
­- Graduate degree required
­- 3+ yrs. relevant experience within an digital agency
­- FMCG client serving experience is a plus
­- Excellent communication skills
­- Well versed in interactive marketing and related disciplines
­- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills

Senior Account Executive 高级客户执行

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Participate in specs and client requirements definition
– To support an account manager with different tasks.
– Ensure internal communication with the production team
– Prepare present presentations to clients

Qualifications:

– 1+ yrs. relevant experience within an digital agency
– Well versed in interactive marketing and related disciplines

Data Analyst 数据分析师

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Web analytics
­- Analyze traffic sources, engagement, page flow, and site conversion with web analytics tools
­- Own and manage site tagging to ensure track-ability and measurability
­- Provide insights and recommendations to improve site conversion, navigation and engagement
­- Manage web analytics resources, including tool evaluation and migration
­- Work closely with media planner to track digital media performance and advise on optimization opportunities
Campaign analysis
­- Own and manage campaign measurement from data tracking, consolidation to interpretation
­- Analyze campaign performance with a holistic view from digital media to website and conversions
­- Develop marketing dashboards to provide regular measurement reporting for clients
­- Prepare client presentations with actionable insights and recommendations to improve client’s marketing ROI
– Value add to Insights & Analytics team
­- Build knowledge database with past campaign results to for internal sharing, e.g. KPI benchmarking, campaign planning
­- Assist in new business pitches
Qualifications and skills
­- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, economics, or social science
­- 2+ years of experience in data and analytics, particularly web analytics
­- Technical skills
­- First-hand experience in web analytics tools, e.g. Omniture, Web Trends, Google Analytics
­- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint
­- Bi-lingual in Chinese and English
­- Soft skills
­- Team player
­- Attention to details
­- Ability to articulate in English
­- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
­- Agency experience is a plus

Business Director x 2 HC (1- Alchol, 1- Luxury)

Job Responsibilities
• Lead cross function and account service team, drive the new business development and cross-sell group services to increase revenue
• Develop and manage long-term solid strategic client relationship
• Business lead generation with existing and potential clients
• Analyze client needs and strategize appropriate communications solutions
• Understand and define clients’ business, project and system requirements, communicate such to project teams

Job Requirements:

Digital Account Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Works closely with all agencies department staff to develop and implement strategic project plans.
• Has a thorough understanding of the planning, creative and production processes.
• Proactively gathers the necessary information to plan and implement base on each client project.
• Provides timely issuance of all documentation: proposals, project initiations, creative briefs, estimates, timelines, meeting summaries, and status and budget reports.
• Manages project schedules and ensures project deliverables are delivered on time and on budget.
• Manages client project internal and external communication and documentation.
• Works in a proactive manner to provide client campaigns with the greatest amount of added value through communications.
• Analyzes client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc., to produce full communications plans.
• Writes Client Contact Reports; reviews important developments with Account Director.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital Marketing/Advertising.
• Must be extremely organized, detailed and accurate.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment, working well under pressure juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, self-starter who can work as part of a team primarily and independently when needed.
• Highly skilled in building and managing project schedules and timelines.
