Act as the account leader for luxury accounts and as the primary client contact.

• Demonstrated the track record in leading a minimum RMB 1 million PR service fee/yearly and a minimum of 2 subordinates

The Position:

KGRA is looking for a Research & Digital Analytics Consultant to join our Asia team. Though based in the office of Ketchum China, you will work on projects for clients across Asia. This may include clients in Korea, Singapore and India, as well as Greater China. You will work closely with KGRA consultants based in Singapore, London and New York, and will report to the Director, KGRA Asia based in the Singapore office.

You will be responsible for providing consumer and business insights to clients, as well as Ketchum’s account and new business teams, through the use of primary, secondary and digital research.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

Understand client objectives and distill findings that are insightful and actionable
• Synthesize data and research trends from a variety of sources to develop strategic insights that will become the foundation of communications programmes for existing clients and for new business pitches
• Develop concise, well-thought out reports and presentations that tell a story and enlighten account teams and clients on an issue or a trend

Conduct social media research and digital analytics
• Utlise social listening tools to listen to consumer conversations about our clients, providing observations, implications, and analyses of the conversations as needed

Interpret and analyse secondary research and social/digital data

Measure the success of marketing and communications programmes

Responsibilities:
