Associate Planning Director(策略副总监)

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities
PERSONALITIES

RESPONSIBILITTY:
• Take full responsibility for planning and directing, and variety of planning tasks, including daily planning work, and new business pitches.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to think and plan the work ahead.
• Partner with the Account Directors and Creative Directors in identifying the right business needs and opportunities.
• Bring deep consumer knowledge and insights, develop and drive the brand/ communication strategies, help develop big simple communication ideas and finally help evolve and take forward the campaign ideas to tackle client's issue.
• Selling and closing of ideas internally and externally. Strategically and diplomatically handling frustration and discrepancies, adds clarity and scale to both strategies and creative ideas.
• Standardize and supervise the planning process, role & responsibilities, paving the path for success for each individual member.
• Raise the bar of service quality and creativity, constantly challenge the status quo, inspire and motivate, push the team to go further and be the best.
• Think managerially and put quality and team efficiency as the first priority , establish the planning team as an idea aggregator, China knowledge Centre & think tank, and make it the catalyst for crafting the company culture.
• Identify specific knowledge topics that company can own, and Identify the opportunities to promote the company beyond the daily planning work.  
• Be the role-model and mentor of the team.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• University degree and above.
• Fluent Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken)
• Preferred Major: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Statistics & Psychology
• Minimum 7 years working experience in marketing, communication and related strategy development field
• Solid and superior planning skills (Account Planning + Creative Planning) with wide exposure and familiarities in variety of strategy/ concept development, practices, and procedures.
• Extensive experience with original thinking and visions for making strategic judgment and plans.
• Good understanding of technology and automobile industry.


Social Writer (社交文案)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Daily social media community management, content delivery management, as well as influencer outreach management;;
• Social media communication idea contribution, documentation, and execution;;
• Actively join in the client related social media information collection and desk research;;
• Research brand, competitor, pop culture, and other relevant sources to help determine and develop voice appropriate for the brand and the audience of the medium with minimal oversight.
• Make branding recommendations when needed. Sells ideas to client and team
• Recommend ideas around brand vision.
• Ensure strategic execution while collaborating closely with Art Director
• Write effective and compelling short or long-­form copy for all communication channels.
• Develop compelling content ideas and copy requirements

Requirements:
• Around 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or Social Media field
• Familiar with social media and iWOM on Weibo, Wechat, BBS, etc.
• Good understanding of social media strategy.
• Ability to effectively communicate with partners;;
• Diligent, passionate and creative
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Strong ability in PPT and Excel.


Project Manager (项目经理)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Has the ability to apply structured thinking in a creative environment and have an innovative approach to problem solving.
• Be able to define the scope of work, manage functional specifications, timelines and budgets, as well as the quality assurance for projects.
• Manage operational aspects of projects on a day-­to-­day basis, including communications to teams, stakeholders and executives.
• Participate in daily and weekly Scrum meetings and updates with internal teams, development partners and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in relation to the overall deliverables, ensuring the project has sufficient internal governance and senior management visibility.
• Establish good relationships with clients and external suppliers.

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology related discipline or any relevant work experience in the industry.
• Good technical understanding with more than 3 years experience in the IT or digital media industry, preferably with Scrum/Agile and development experience.

• A good understanding of current technical development components for websites (HTML, PHP, JS), WeChat campaigns and mobile applications.
• Ability to produce technical specifications documents.
• Proven track record of delivering digital solutions.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and other project management tools.
• Strong communication skills with excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Proactive, solution-driven, out-of-the-box thinker with strong negotiation skills.
• Well-organized and pays attention to details.
• Good command of English, Chinese communication skills are a plus.

Digital Art Director (数字美术指导)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Report to Creative Director, you will participate in creative development and become creative-lead over time
• Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall art / design ideas
• Provide excellent design artwork under guidance of senior
• Inspire our content & client service to execute and defend your ideas

Requirements:
• Over 3 years’ experiences of working in digital and advertising agency
• Digital minded, fully understand how to evolve an initial concept and able to execute it throughout all digital platforms (website, social media, etc.)
• Experience in designing responsive website and smartphone app is a bonus
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete the work independently as well as with the team members
• Be skilled in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator), basic understanding of certain development software (Flash, Dreamweaver) is a plus
• Well-developed communications skills, including ability to present independently creative concepts to the team and the client


Digital Account Director (数字客户总监)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Lead and guide your own Account Service team.
• Oversee all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. Communicate client goals and represent client interests to the team.
• Review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, presentation decks, quotations, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Develop together with your team comprehensive and inspirational creative briefs with appropriate timelines.
• Oversee and lead the creation and execution of comprehensive digital communication and e-commerce strategies (incl. social media, direct user communication, business plan and organizational structure and processes) as well as traditional communication strategies together with the strategic planning and the production teams.
• Ensure that the projects assigned to your team are profitable, working closely with the finance department for efficient and joint processes to optimize the projects and improve profitability.
• Identify and win new opportunities with existing clients. Understand company and group capabilities and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
• Leading and conducting new business pitch presentations.

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Information Technology related discipline.
• Minimum 6-8 Years’ experience with multi-national marketing consultants, advertising / communication agency, or related business units.
• Proven Knowledge in digital media and CRM is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with sound ability to develop effective professional networks and relationships.
• Ability to develop and present proposals with support of the strategy and creative team.
• To follow the latest market trends and developments, understand BT products and services and apply these within the customer context.
• Experience in team management and training and guidance of junior team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with all levels staff.


HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement New staff onboarding process.
• Assist Staff/Intern Recruitment, including CV screening, telephone interview, interview arrangement and Talent pool maintenance etc
• Assist Expatriate Specialist with work permit and residence permit related affairs.

Designer Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall art / design ideas

Requirements:
• Diploma holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Art or equivalent.
• Capable of producing excellent artwork independently from draft mock-up to output-file.
• Be able to understand brief from seniors and complete the work under tight timeline.
• With good digital/ social media campaign experience, knowledge in output, artwork & printing is a plus.
• Solid experience with photo retouching and design skill. Illustration, video editing and animation skill is an advantage
• Proficient in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
• Good communications skills, including ability to share creative idea with others.
• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
• Passionate about the creative industry and fast pace environment
