Digital Copywriter

Major Responsibilities:  
• He/she needs to work on “digital” (Web sites, APPs, H5, etc.), he/she need to cover “traditional” writing (TVC, prints, brochures etc.) as well. He/she needs to partner with our art directors on different projects
• contribute new ideas and solutions for diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends
• Write, and edit copy for sites, apps, H5, mobile apps, online media, search, and social media projects 
• Strong communication and presentation skills to "sell" ideas internally and to clients
• Ensure strategic execution with hands on copy writing while collaborating closely with Art Director
• Passion about advertising, team player

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in agency
• Must have strong writing abilities–articulate and persuasive across advertising disciplines
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Word processing skills–able to use Microsoft Word or other word processing programs
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities

Senior/ Art Director

Major Responsibilities:  
• Responsible for securing approval for all work from their CD.
• Create own concepts, words and visual ideas for agency clients that are responsive to marketing/creative objectives and strategies.
• Actively work with Copywriters, Designers in the creation of visual solutions incorporating his concepts/ideas and the concepts/ideas of his/her team.
• Produce the final assets necessary for sending over to the Studio. This includes preparing and directing files for mock-ups and presentation boards.
• Create and document final design parameters, style guides and visual standards
• May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design preferred.
• At least 3 years agency experience desired, with a thorough understanding of Art Direction/ Design.
• Demonstrate conceptual and design skills.
• Present ideas effectively. Ability to talk about your work internally. And, just as important, the ability to listen and understand client feedback and feedback from internal critiques.
• A command of Typography, Color, Composition, Hierarchy.
• Create and execute ideas in an efficient, organized way.
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development.
• Knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, and related Mac creative programs.
• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.

Creative Intern

Art Base:
• 有良好的美术功底,手绘创作及良好沟通能力;
• 对设计充满热情,对自己出品有追求,能协调配合团队工作。
• 熟练使用平面设计类软件(如photoshop/illustrator等);
• prefer实习三个月以上,责任心强,简历需附作品。

Copy Base:
• 有扎实的文字功底,文案创造及良好沟通能力;
• 脑洞合不住,创意根本停不下来;
• 自带段子手技能,分分钟丢出一句吊炸天的slogan;

Project Manager

Primary Function / Position Summary:
There are two roles for this position:

A) As the KEY DRIVER of the Y&R Beijing/Wunderman Dhaka Cooperation on the Dell Production, reporting to Team Leader, to oversee and drive the smooth maintenance of the two-agencies cooperation (without the authority to control Wunderman Dhaka)
B) As Account Manager for the China Dell Local business, reporting to Team Leader to oversee and supervise Account Executives to deliver daily operational needs.

Major Responsibilities / Principal Accountabilities:  
• For A) Be THE window in the multi-interfacing structure – Regular communicates with Client, Wunderman Regional, Wunderman Dhaka Production Team and Y&R Internal (Team leader, Account Service teammates, Traffic, Creative and Studio)
• For A) Take OWNERSHIP of the co-op, responsible for the day-to-day management of the account ensuring the campaigns are on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to a high level of quality.
• For B) Be THE window in the multi-interfacing structure – Regular communicates with Client, internal (Team leader, Account Service teammates, Traffic, Creative and Studio)

Same for both A & B:
• Development and presentation of program ideas and strategies to client and stakeholders.
• Briefing, debriefing and presenting creative – being able to confidently assess creative.
• Evaluate creative, studio and production output – manage both client and internal expectations. Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business and develop strong client relationships.
• Proactively seek out innovative solutions for clients.
• Become an expert on the clients brand and products, as well as the industry, market trends and competitors.
• Shows enthusiasm for their client’s business.
• Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.
• Answers all client queries promptly.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• 3 years relevant working experience in 4A agency or PR agency
• Excellent project execution and client management skill.
• IT experience (or at least interested in IT business)
• Experience in lead & drive on (on-line) production projects
• Good & smooth English written and spoken communications
• Microsoft Office competent.
• Team player, respect for process.
• Multi-tasks capability
• Time management

Account Executive

Major Responsibilities:  
• Prepare accurate call reports and distribute to applicable client and internal team members.
• Effective execution of relationship marketing programs including written communication of program changes and updates to all team members.
• Consult with Creative, Account Management and other internal departments to communicate client objectives and to develop strategic solutions. Develop draft of creative and/or project brief.  Submit to Supervisor for review/approval.
• Participate in creative development and reviews to ensure that concepts and execution are on strategy and meet objectives. Review and approve copy, layouts and proofs for assigned projects prior to presentation.  Submit to Account Supervisor for approval.
• Job files and completion of various process-related forms.
• Set agendas for scheduling and running meetings.
• Prepare estimates, estimate revisions, work orders and other critical financial checkpoints to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Maintain schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Help provide recommendations to Manager for expanding the scope of the client relationship based on the opportunities observed.
• Shows enthusiasm for their client’s business.
• Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.
• Answers all client queries promptly.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing major.
• At least 1 years of Account Executive 4A experience.
• Proven track record of exceptional service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
